It was a long time before I answered, and Gina even asked if I wanted to take a break, but the fact was that I was too busy thinking about those people who were asking those questions, and some who were convinced by Sierra's show which is premiering right now, laughing in my head because I was one of those misled by her. "All those questions are answered in my book," I said with a smile. I moistened my lips and returned my gaze to the camera. "But I can answer your last question: Sierra is alive and well; I just saw her again two months ago. And honestly, I regret seeing her again."

" I could not help laughing. I quickly shoved her away and said, “You’re gross. “We’re not close. Please stop pretending we are.” Mandy stiffened. After fully registering what my mother had said, her eyes instantly reddened. She stood there at a loss, completely flustered. Leo immediately jumped in to defend her. “Mrs. Xanders, how could you be so rude? Mandy almost jumped off a building because of your daughter!” I glanced at him. I remembered one of those insults from yesterday. “So, what if she hears it? Who wants a crippled girl anyway? Only Joel is kind enough to keep her around, right?”

Chuckles. “Yeah. And you’re…?” “Sierra,” she says, almost singing it. “I’ve seen you around. Didn’t know you were the bookish type.” “I’m not,” Adrian replies, closing his book halfway. “Just doing time.” I swear, I roll my eyes so hard I nearly strain something. Sierra laughs again, way too loud for a joke that weak. “Well, if this is how detention goes, I might start getting into trouble more often.”

Stephanie felt bored in the hospital, receiving intravenous fluids while browsing websites. While passing the time, I also wanted to calm my mind and think carefully about what Sierra should do next to seduce Manuel. Yesterday, Sierra called and explained the situation.
