Lycan and His Lover

Lycan and His Lover

As the carriage keeps on venturing deeper into the Frosty Forest, a chilly mist settles around it. Everywhere Roseanne looks, she only sees white fog which is gradually shrouding them in its arms as if like a possessive lover. She can make out the dark silhouettes of the tall trees in the forest but that is all. There are no animals, no sounds and no life in this strange forest.

Comeback Of The Rejected Lycan

Comeback Of The Rejected Lycan

Or did it want to show me something? With each step, the mist thickened, making it difficult to see more than a few feet ahead. Shadows flickered in the haze, creating an eerie and surreal atmosphere. I could hear whispers in the familiar sound of the wind, and the faint voices that seemed to echo from all directions. It was as though the forest itself was speaking to me, urging me to uncover its secrets.

The Silhouette of Us

The Silhouette of Us

She slid her arm through Jillian’s, her fingers grasping the sleeve as they stepped onto the gravel porch. "It’s a peaceful kind of quiet," Jillian replied, her deep voice full of calm and certainty. Hand-in-hand, they followed the narrow gravel path away from the cottage, towards the rugged black cliffs overlooking Oakhaven Cove. The midsummer moon shone high in the dark sky, casting a silver trail across the water. No city lights or cameras marred the view, and no servers hummed with corporate data. Reaching the ridge’s edge, salt-laced wind gently stirred Clara’s silk sundress beneath her coat. They paused where the grass met the precipice, gazing at the endless horizon.

FALLEN PROMISE

FALLEN PROMISE

The silence of the forest was oppressive, broken only by the rustle of leaves and the occasional call of a distant bird, adding to her mounting dread. Victoria continued walking, her feet crunching softly on the forest floor, covered in a thick carpet of fallen leaves and twigs. The forest wasn't too dense, allowing slivers of sunlight to pierce through the canopy, creating a dappled pattern of light and shadow on the ground. Despite this, an eerie silence hung in the air, broken only by the distant calls of birds and the rustle of unseen creatures.

His Deplorable Mate

His Deplorable Mate

The forest, in its silent reverence, bore witness to the exchange, acknowledging the significance of this encounter in the grand tapestry of Ava's life. In the heart of the moonlit forest, Ava stands alone, surrounded by towering trees that whisper secrets in the rustling leaves. Her eyes, a reflection of inner strength, scan the darkness with a resolute determination. Unbeknownst to her, the shadows cast by the moon seem to elongate, weaving an intricate dance that hints at the looming mystery.

I am at Chapter 37 and every page makes me read even more. I must say the story, and the way characters are placed in there, is really impressive. I might place it in my top liked off all time list. Time will tell.

The Luna's Awaken Angel : A Battle of Revenge

The Luna's Awaken Angel : A Battle of Revenge

They’d trained for it, and now was the time to face the darkness. The way through the forest was eerily melancholy. With its tall and imposing trees it cast long shadows and whispered the secrets of the inevitability of dangers within. Blair skilfully searched the surrounding area for any sign of movement. The sound of their feet on the ground reverberated through the silence.

The Unexpected Mate

The Unexpected Mate

It didn’t take long before darkness took over. I'm walking around in the forest following a familiar path. As I reach the end I gasp. I still can’t get over how beautiful this flower field is that I found. There is a path right down the middle that goes to a big rock in the center that you can sit on. I make my way over and sit there. Enjoying the scenery and the peaceful nature of this spot. I spin around and get in a defensive stance when I hear movement in the trees behind me. I see a silhouette coming out. I can’t make out who they are. All I can see is they are tall. I hear movement again to left of the first person and turn my attention slightly to the new sound. Another person is comi

I really and truly LOVED this book. Yes, the ending was unexpected. Everleigh is too powerful and should be mated to only one fae mate. Or a fae/werewolf one. Grey and Zayne weren’t able to appreciate her. Actually, no one was able to appreciate her true self. I’m relieved she left them all.

The Lycan King's Curse

The Lycan King's Curse

I raced through the forest, the once-familiar landscape was now draped in an otherworldly aura, cloaked in darkness and shadows that danced with ethereal grace. Moonlight spilled through the gaps in the dense canopy above, casting an eerie silver glow that painted the forest in an otherworldly palette. Shafts of pale light pierced through the tangled branches, casting elongated shadows that twisted and contorted with every gust of wind, giving the forest an illusion of movement.

Legend Of The Third Spirit

Legend Of The Third Spirit

Along the steep trails through the misty forest, a mile away from the graveyard, three silhouettes traipsed. Daylight created irregular patterns of shadows and sharp glows from the leaves that waved to and fro, hanging from the towering trees above them. The cool caress of the fresh breeze beneath the forest gave them chills instead. If not because of the hair-raising, lingering mist that had been there for they don't even know how long, they would have appreciated the relaxing ambience that nature provided.

Bound To The Ruthless Lycan King

Bound To The Ruthless Lycan King

Seraphina’s POV I stood at the top of a tall cliff, the cold wind slicing through me like sharp blades. I couldn’t resist it or look away. Below me, the dark forest spread out forever, with shadows reaching far and wide. The bright silver moon hung in the sky, shining with a strange, spooky light that made the darkness feel deeper. The forest was quiet, caught between the soft wind and the gentle sound of leaves moving. My heart was pounding with excitement during the stillness of the night.
