A pair of large, round eyes are looking at them. He sighs and raises his arm. Instantly, a small, brown owl flies towards him and settles on his arm. The owl hoots happily, curious about the two people in the cave. “He just wants to be friends with you,” Lavi says. “He? Who?” Anna asks. As if answering her question, the owl lands on her lap. Anna touches its fluffy feathers and she smiles as the owl affectionately hoots at her. “An owl?” She exclaims, smiling widely like a child. “Is he cute?”
