Club el Diablo

Club el Diablo

As if an unheard bell sounded, the smokers and non-smokers made their way to their marked seats. The man beside Krispin stood and walked to the front of the room. "My name is Barry Levins," he said in a loud, gruff voice, "and I'm an alcoholic. The purpose of AA is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety. This is an open meeting and some of you have brought friends and family. They are here for support, but this is not the venue for them to speak. I would like anyone new to stand and give a short introduction. Please begin with 'I am an alcoholic' and also list any other addictions you have."

Sinful Indulgence

Sinful Indulgence

I said with a poker face. “Seven years? And you did not do it? My goodness, Yen, is he really a man?” I looked away for a while. I couldn’t hold the gaze that made my heart jump out of my ribs. “We both grew up believing that sex should only be for couples within the bond of marriage. And doing it is a sin as what the Bible says.” “We are already in the new era where the millennials are doing it.” “I know, but it doesn’t exempt them from calling it a sin. If only young people follow that rule, there shouldn’t have been unnecessary miseries for having unwanted children and all the emotional struggles that come with it.”

Sins Of My Body

Sins Of My Body

Dear Reader Thank you for reading the first chapter of the book called, Sins Of My Body. Sins Of My Body was originally written as an Interactive Story Game. I am in the process of adapting it into a novel form. The original version contains a great deal of dialogue to fit the platform for which it was intended. Though you can enjoy the story in its interactive format too as currently published. (eg when Veronica speaks, the format will be as this: Veronica ~ “Let me go, creep.”)

0°Celsius: To thaw a frozen heart

0°Celsius: To thaw a frozen heart

I don't know for how long I stayed there under the shower trying to wash myself clean. Trying to make myself deserving for him... But no matter how long I tried I will never deserve him They say every priest has a past and every sinner has a future. But for Andro a sin can never be forgotten.. No matter how hard the sinner tries As once the hands get coloured in sin nothing can rinse it away for him. ...............................

His Sin

His Sin

~Amolet We don’t have any other choice. I have to wrap my fingers around Cian’s arm, deciding I’m not about to touch Sinful, and allow him to take me to whatever dark, cruel whole the Sin Wrath lives. My apartment dissolves around, a flicker of darkness being all that I can see before my feet touch ground, and I’m officially back in the immortal realm...And not where I expected to be.

CANA'S SIN

CANA'S SIN

His eyes darted from me to his daughter, who stood right in front of him, now speechless. My disgust was not only for him. It was for what he had done to his daughter that he had sold her like a ledger entry, like a problem to be balanced, such a selfish man. The thought of that, the thought of a father who traded his child to pay for his sins, it was sharper than any blade. It was petty and cowardly. “Mafia collects what is owed,” I said. “If one of ours is taken, we collect in full. The rules are simple. Blood for blood. Debt for debt. You chose your path years ago, Damon. You must live with what you planted.”

A TASTE OF SIN

A TASTE OF SIN

The man just went back to his pleading as he promised that he wouldn't do it again, "Ple-," before he could finish that sentence, a fist collided with his cheek and his face went flying to the side, making blood drip from his nose and mouth. I took a puff from my cigarette as I leaned in closer to the man, grabbed his chin and turned his face to mine, exhaling the fumes in his face as he went into a coughing fit. The man cried as he closed his eyes and looked up at the ceiling while tears slipped from his swollen eyes, "God, please help me," he whispered and I chuckled, "I hate people like you... You do bad things your whole life without facing any consequences, then one day, when you finall

7 Deadly Sins series

7 Deadly Sins series

Book 2: Unraveled, 7 Deadly Sins: Gluttony Montana I hate Las Vegas, and I hate girls’ trips. How stupid must I be? “Let’s fly to Vegas for two days. It’ll be fun! Just us girls shopping, eating, gambling, and dancing.” I spoke those words. How innocent I thought their meaning to be. Our other girls’ trips were fun. We let loose, we partied, and we returned to Iowa prepared to resume our daily lives.

Sinful Thoughts

Sinful Thoughts

I asked quietly, pushing my glasses further up my nose and trying to hide my embarrassment from getting caught reading erotica in the bookstore’s café. The man leaned back and crossed his arms over his chest, flexing his biceps through his navy-blue sweater. “Yes, you can actually. I see you here every day”—he snatched the book from my hand—“and you’re always reading the same smutty book.” My cheeks blazed with embarrassment that I couldn’t hide. He leaned his forearms onto the table. “It’s Friday night. Why don’t you take a break from reading, and we can make our own story back at my place?”

CHEATERS NOT SINNERS. (MxM)

Steven went on to scribble his answer in the book. "TeLL DAvid to stOP BlOWInG Air ON My necK, ANd yes I WIll ReAD thE LeTtER." Steven pushed the book back to the doctor like they were all on cue they all dove into the book to read. Their heads snapped back up to stare at him, eyes almost falling off their sockets. "What!" Steven had mouthed the word and he saw them shake their heads in unison, Steven guessed they read his lips since it was just a single word.

this is one of yet another great story but the demise of the characters is heartbreaking.. despite it having a tragic end..it also has moral lesson that we should use the time we have with our loved ones the best way we can.. I recommend it highly ( if you don't mind the tragic ending)

This was one sad story I don't think I will be getting over this one in a while. I sat for a moment after reading it just brooding on the character's death but otherwise this was one brilliant story and I enjoyed ever moment of it. Totally recommend it if you can handle the sad ending.
