Whispers of the Forgotten

Whispers of the Forgotten

Every shadow, every flicker of movement could be a memory, an illusion conjured by the land to taunt them. As they ventured further into the twisted landscape, the air grew colder, and Lyra’s breath formed clouds of mist in front of her. She could feel something watching them, lurking just out of sight. Her skin prickled with unease, and every instinct screamed at her to turn back. But there was no turning back now. They were too close to the final confrontation with Kieran, and the fate of both Elysium and Nyxterra rested on their shoulders.

The Book of Mara

The Book of Mara

- I told him. He nodded and pulled several books out from one of the stacks and set them in front of me. I opened the top book and ran my fingers over the runes in the title. It was beautifully written as if each word was drawn with love and attention to detail. Now that I looked at it, it reminded me of a combination of Norse and Old English. Nerrian pulled his chair closer and pointed to the first word, speaking it in my mind than out loud in Draygonian. With his help, I repeated the word over and over again until I perfected it.

MIDNIGHT: Whispers from the Dark Sea

MIDNIGHT: Whispers from the Dark Sea

Adora helplessly argued. "Is that so? Then she is welcome to do her worst!" Further attempts to convince Edwardo to release the siren were futile. The man was too blinded by greed to see the impending doom. And it came. The quiet waters of the golden seas suddenly became turbulent as several groups of sirens in their hundreds swam towards the surface. At exactly midnight, the scaly-tailed creatures crawled out of the water, shifting immediately to dazzling beauties. They ventured into the city and the once quiet night was disturbed with screams and cries of agony.

Scented Lies

Scented Lies

They were all written in a poetic way with perfume references. ‘When you said I was your favorite scent, was that also a lie?’ ‘You said I reminded you of blooming lilies and daisies during spring . You said you found me intoxicatingly beautiful. You said a lot of things. You promised.’ This one was lengthier, but it also had no signature or initials. It felt like I was intruding on a private moment between old lovers. My cheeks instantly turn red at the thought. Did grandmother have an old lover? Were they letters from my grandfather?

His Mate's Silent Cry

His Mate's Silent Cry

The siren had hoped not to cry but it was not a surprise when she felt her cheeks being flooded. "Hush, little one. It is not your fault. This is how everything was destined to be. All is written on the ancient books and the walls — there are whispers and songs about all that is happening and is going to happen, don't you worry!" Gentle pressing his hand on Melpomene's shoulder, Liam spoke, pacifying a broken siren.

Sold to her Forbidden Alpha

I don't want the history, I need to know how to end this" she yelled furious and threw the book away. Two hours ago, she met Lucian and he looked like life had been drained out of him, not having his mate back affected him greatly and he was a mess. She had promised him that she would find a solution and he counted on her for that, reading through the books was her first option yet she felt like she wasn't getting anything from the books to help him. She picked up another book and a paragraph caught her attention, "There is only one way to kill the Sirens, by burning the host on fire" she read. Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

Princess of the Pack, Finding Her Mate

But even as I voiced those reassuring words, I couldn’t shake off the chilling feeling that seeking the Sirens might be our most perilous quest yet. "We've faced formidable foes before, Sophia. The Sirens, with their entrancing melodies and deceptive allure, will be no different," Alex declared, trying to mask his anxiety with determination. But Elena, with a far-off look in her eyes, whispered, "It's not just their songs, Alex. The Sirens possess an ancient magic, one that predates most creatures of our realm. It's said that they can peer into one's soul and unveil the deepest desires and regrets."

Bound by Blood

Bound by Blood

Sirens were the only ones with the power to compel. "Yes. The stream is connected to a river. Maybe she was just a young siren wanting to explore." Luciana nodded. "I want to use the library." Raziel shook his head. Knowing how curious she could be, he didn't bother to talk her out of it, not like he had any reason to. "Fine." Luciana's study showed her what she already knew of the sirens. They had brightly colored hairs, they have the power to manipulate, they are very seductive in nature and some other things.

I really love this book. I enjoy the characters, especially Luciana and Raziel. They are both twisted individuals. I enjoy Luciana's sharp mouth, her sass and her strength, and I enjoy everything about Raziel's character. I can't wait for their romance to bloom fully. Good job author.

Hi, I really enjoyed the story, it has the kind of detail and energy that would look incredible as a comic. I’m a commissioned (paid) artist and also work on covers and character illustrations. If you’d ever like to see your work in comic form, I’d love to collaborate. Portfolio available anytime

The Mage's Heart

The Mage's Heart

Rivyn replied, pausing his own reading and leaning around the book to look at me. “How to use my power. Why I was left in my parent’s care. How I was able to escape that magic trap yesterday. Why you and Florien did not sleep when I sang. All I get is that sirens are half bird, half women, who either use their voices to lure sailors to drive their ships to rocky wreckage, or to summon the wind to fill their sails, depending on whether they’re feeling kind, or not.” “Well, that’s wrong,” he replied. “There are male sirens, obviously, or the species would die out in one generation.”

A brilliant adult fairy tale! Dark romance, fairies, sirens, mages, dragons, dark elves, mermaids, trolls, imps, spells, and quests. I loved it, an action packed adventure from beginning to end. Folk lore and fae stories truly came alive, I fell in love with the characters and got lost in the story.

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

Tides of Passion: The Pirate's Curse

"But it's our only chance." Her words hung in the room, a challenge and a promise that echoed through the silence. Gabriel and Lucas flanked her like mismatched bookends, their eyes locked on the map, their expressions a study in contrast. Lantern light flickered across the faces of the crew, a mix of human and werewolf, young and old, seasoned and green. The weathered wood beneath their feet creaked with the weight of expectation and unspoken fears. "The Siren's Heart," Amelia continued, her fingers tracing the path across the water to the island fortress. "The stories say it grants control over the seas and protection from curses. If it's half as powerful as they say, we can't afford to le
