The Blackwoods were the ones organising it this year, a prestigious duty that only served to fuel my stepmother's ego. ​It was, predictably, another avenue and opportunity for Vivienne Blackwoods to throw her weight around. “I heard that Harper Williams, the genius investor of the entertainment industry, is coming back at the end of the month. You have my permission to use whatever you need to hire her.” Luna was dazzled by his gentle smile and forgot to even think for a moment. She instinctively asked, “You mean, bring her to Grand Empire?” Nicholas snickered. “Grand Empire isn’t the only entertainment industry under Blakewell Corporation. Have her join Shining Star.” Shining Star had been developing steadily over the past few years. We have to make sure that any of their associates are also not permitted.” He breathes a couple of times before answering. “Kieran Voss.” He states, and I feel my stomach lurch uncomfortably. I didn’t know that Kieran was a member. Maybe he's assigned to one of the other girls. Kieran works in the IT department at the office.

He really had the guts to spit out sensational sh*t to his followers. "Sister Emily…" I gripped my ear as I began to hear Momo's voice. I tossed my head around hoping his voice would fade away but it only made it worse. My ears bled, the pain intense as I fell to the ground. "The Witch is down, this might just be our time to end her once and for all." The clashing sound of metals behind me sent shivers down my spine. Momo's voice had faded but I was in far greater trouble.

“I want to know about Tiger's recent mission.” “The Black Tiger?” she raises an eyebrow. “I received a call yesterday evening from a woman named Lisa Gómez, the wife of Liam Davis, the CEO of KG Bank, as in the third-largest financial institution in the country,” starts the mission programmer. “Her husband abuses her at home, and she's pregnant.” My heart aches just by the thought of how frightened the woman must have been when Liam hurt her. She must have had a hard time to protect herself and the baby.
