Zarek grabbed her hand, anchoring her, but her skin burned hot—unnaturally hot. "She's overheating—get her to the healer," Jon barked, already clearing the way. "No," Veyra rasped, shoving herself upright with trembling limbs. "It's him. He's here." Zarek's jaw clenched. "Who?" Veyra looked toward the still-screaming fissure, her eyes glowing white-hot. "The Sixth." Perfect. Here's Section 3 of Chapter 89 – The Sixth Breaks Through: The ground around the fissure pulsed like a wound, the soil bleeding black smoke that curled upward and clung to the trees like a living fog. The land itself groaned, an ancient sound that made even the bravest warriors clutch their weapons tighter.

Stood at the window while it brewed. The campus below was doing its six am things, the early joggers, the cleaning staff, the particular quiet of a place that hadn’t woken up yet. He knew this view. He’d stood at this window enough times now that he knew its moods. 6AM looked different from 8AM and 8AM looked different from the specific amber of four in the afternoon when the light came through the buildings at an angle that made everything look considered. He watched the joggers.

" It takes some seconds to respond to his question, cause I'm too Awstruck by his powerful aura. He is standing in front of me, he is basically towering in front of me, with his 6feet above height. The one thing that I'm noticied is he had a beautiful hazel eyes with a hint of grey color. The rarest eyes he had. He is beautiful actually beyond beautiful.

Because I doubted how much longer I could protect her if the others turned. The Sixth Speaks “The Seven don’t represent peace,” the Sixth said. She stood slowly, her robe falling away to reveal pale skin laced with jagged black marks, like veins full of night. “We represent extinction. Each of us was born from an ending. A war. A curse. A sacrifice.” She looked toward the Fifth. “They were born from silence.” To Nyx. “You, from memory.” To Austin. “You, from secrecy.” And finally to Mia. “You? You were born from a lie.”

I screamed in great pain and my tears were already scattered all over my face. My body felt very hot and I was already sweating. "Let go of me." I said tiredly. The creature said nothing and continued with the torturing pain it gave me. It's eyes were directly fixed on my face which added to my terror. The body was that of a dirty and withered spider but the face had six eyes on each side and one side of the face was that of an ugly baby and the other side was of an ugly and wrinkly old man's face.

Martiny shook her head. “This is no legend or myth; it’s right in front of you.” Alex gulped. “It’s massive!” Suddenly, all eight heads of the gigantic snake turned to look at them with their green, glowing eyes. Each head had a pair of eyes; hence sixteen of these glowing lights were watching them viciously. Swoosh! The water gushed in mayhem as if a giant blender had been switched on. Alex and the others felt like they couldn’t hold their bodies together.

Tasha, who was about my age and lived next door, threw her door open and bellowed. “Go to hell! Do you think being sixty years old means you’re one foot in the grave already? We can easily live another twenty years, but not with someone like you though! Living just a year with you is hell! “Quit whining and scram! I’m done listening to you complaining!” My son was no match for Tasha. His objections were caught in his throat and he ended up having to scurry away with his head hung low.

It was not a pleasant kind of laughter. I narrowed my eyes and asked, "Is that funny to you?" "Funny? Of course, it's funny. How could it not be?" His face twitched slightly, and his gaze bore into me as he spoke slowly. Each word was deliberate and clear. "You're not worth that amount, and I wouldn't pay it either." For some reason, a chill ran through my body at that moment, as though I had been cornered by a venomous snake. His eyes pinned me down, unwavering. Then, he said, "You're worth far more than that. What you can have is endless wealth.
