Her eyes widened as it took in the sight behind her, and her heart began thudding against her ribcage. Seven slimy creatures had surrounded the car on every angle, looking like the Octopid she'd killed with Ayesha mere hours ago. They were sightless, just like the one she'd killed, and yet she could see poison dripping from the tentacles they waved in the air. Demons.

“I won’t suck you dry after I fuck you.” Oh, boy. What crass words. “Then what the hell are you?” I intended to clarify it quickly. Better now than any other day, right? “Hm, you said so yourself. I came from Hell, An..dre..ahh.” He released his right hand from my waist and then stroked his thumb along my parted lips. He licked his own to wet it, no doubt desperate and eager to claim my mouth. And I happen to like seeing it. “I am a demon," he said, his voice without humor, telling me he was just joking. My world immediately shrunk.

Every noble gave way for him to walk through. Roman moved through the crowd effortlessly. Lysan's hand tightened on the glass. He had seen that smile a thousand times, in battle fields, in his nightmares, everywhere. But here, no one knew what that smile hid. Dyleon whispered softly to Lysan. “Wow, so that's the famous Demon prince, Roman Da'Luca.” “Yeah.” “They say he's gonna be the next Demon king.” Dyleon's eyes trailed Roman. “But, mere looking at him, he doesn't seem like someone who could cause terror.”

But when I came out of the house, I suddenly fell and screamed when a giant frog jumped in front of me. "So you're the delicious food I smell," the giant frog said and smiled at me. It stick out its tongue and lick its mouth as if it wanted to eat me now. But it wasn't just an ordinary big frog because I could see dark smoke coming out of its body. If my guess is right, this frog is a demon frog. "You're very delicious! You're all mine! I'm going to eat you now!" My eyes widened when the demon frog suddenly stick out its tongue to get me. But before the demon frog's tongue could touch me, Linux suddenly appeared out of nowhere.

Paralyzed with fear, she watched as the smoky figure loomed closer, its presence suffocating and terrifying. Around her, her comrades stood in a tense silence, their eyes fixed on the unfolding scene. The demon, moving with an unsettling deliberateness, slowly ventured towards Belle, its form shifting and writhing as it advanced, drawing ever nearer to the trembling woman who had summoned it from the abyss. "A soul of a lowly harlot's offspring, hahaha," the demon intoned, its voice an indistinct amalgamation. Was it male or female? Such distinctions were irrelevant, for demons were once angels, and angels transcend human notions of gender.

"Saye, what is that you want me to see-" I say as I enter but pause with wide eyes and back hitting against the wall, shocked. "What the hell is that?" One of the boys, the youngest, has some one-eye creature. It's like a dark gooey substance paste, and someone just glued those plastic eyes for arts and crafts. Its round yellow eyes look around frantically. I feel a chill running down my spine, seeing how disgusting it is. "In the Demon Realm, these are called Carcurus; they are low-level creatures that find a victim and stick themself on a host sucking the life force out of them."

"You would betray your friend just to compete with her. Why should I believe you?" Elodie collapsed. I, meanwhile, was already counting down the minutes until night. When Lucien left, I called after him, "Can I come early?" This time he laughed softly, finally believing I was truly interested in him. "Of course. Come find me." With those words, I waited until he had gone and slipped over early. The moment I pushed open the door, I saw him behind a thin curtain, the full force of his demonic true form barely concealed. His dragon body was powerful, marked with black scales.

"Let's find this witch first and go from there one step at a time. Okay?"

Something inside of him whispered to him everyday that he was a demon. “I believe I am demon.” “Demons don’t believe they are demons, they know they are demons. It’s inside of you and it reminds you everyday of what you are.” This man just described what Lucian felt everyday. It meant only one thing, Lucian was indeed a demon. Then what about him being a witch? “These things that you killed…” Lucian began. “Yes, these hideous things were also demon. Different kind of demons.” He explained. Different kind? “And by the way, burning doesn’t work on demons, we are creatures of fire, and when you kill them you need to stab their spine. That’s the only way they die.”

"Demon race?" Chase was bewildered by this, but later accepted it. He had seen so many monsters previously and had even seen Zeus. It should not be strange that there was a demon race. Chase had a shallow understanding of them. Basic demons should consist of slimers and goblins. Why were there so many strange creatures appearing around them? While he was thinking about this, a slimer that looked more like jelly than snot, crashed into his lightning barrier. This seemed to confirm his thoughts.
