Calling her a green snake in green grass was not an entirely perfect way to put it. She was anything worse than a snake. It exposed its tongue moving torwards the two. It was grotesque and made Alyssa tremble with extreme fear. The second snake was brown in colour and very slim. It's eyes were black as well. It slided on the grass hissing and shrieking at the two who were stuck to each other like glue.

I try not to panic and instead think back on everything Setia taught me during our training. I feel this sudden wave of clarity come over me, it pushes down the panic leaving pure instinct behind. As his hold on me tightens I shift into my full snake form and drop from his hold completely. While my full snake form is only 5 meters in length, therefore drastically smaller than a nagata in their half-snake form, it is much faster than any other nagata form and right now I need both this small size and speed.
