Gemma stepped forward, pressed herself against Mama’s knee, and hugged her quickly. “You’re so pretty, Abuelaa.” she said, looking up with big eyes hiding their wickedness perfectly. Her eyes were black, her eyelashes were not that long, she had a pointed nose. Her chin was up, and she sat prim and proper. Soheila arched her brow. She was amused by Sofia's formal way to introduce herself. This is rare since she often encounters people that laugh when they introduced themselves. Sometimes, they would be shy, just like Johnson.

This morning is the first time Sofia is willing to leave the babies and join the club for a ride. Curly Sue and Red stay behind to watch the kids. Everyone else is with us. Sofia has her own cut now declaring she’s a Desert Crow. I’m so proud to have her arms wrapped tightly around my waist. She’s changed and though she worried about becoming a mother, she’s incredible. I never had a doubt. Sofia is the mother of the entire club. She fills these shoes with an iron fist, vocal cords that bring the roof down, and more love then most of the club has ever experienced.

"I'm real, Sofia." She was also surprised by how friendly Sofia was. She acted as if they went way back, even though they only just met. When she found out Sofia was Rico's sister, she'd imagined the girl would be like those snobby rich girls, but she was wrong. The girl had a smile bright enough to light up a room. And it was also unbelievable that she's a mafia princess. "This is great!" Sofia beamed, smiling ear to ear. "I'll no longer be bored, ugh!" She said with a wink.

Cassie smiled as she flipped her hair with a smile on her face as she looked at Sofia “Is that a smile I see on your pretty face?” Suddenly the door opened, two other ladies walked in, sweat dripping their bodies. “Hey, what are you still doing here?” the red haired lady asked. “Sofia or whatever you're called, the men are waiting for your performance” she said, taking off her wig as she laid on the couch. Sofia always wondered who the boss was, the dressing room was giving luxury and comfort, probably that's why the ladies took their jobs seriously. She has heard people talking about this club when she was in high school, she thought it was mere rumors until she got here a year ago.

“Hey Sao, she said quietly so only she could hear, you know how you have a secret that no one else here knows. “Yeah,” picking up that no one else was meant to hear she moved closer “I have a secret too, but I only just found out” “Really” Sao said, eyes wide and surprise. “Yes, do you know of Princess Rota of Ziion” “Yeah” “Well, I am her twin sister” “Really,” Sao’s eyes were almost popping out of her head “That means you’re a princess too” “Yes, it has to stay a secret for now, but I have to leave here to go be with my sister”

CHAPTER 2 Sofia's POV Today is the first day of school. I'm kind of excited because I haven't seen my friends and boyfriend all summer, though my boyfriend came to Paris during my mom’s fashion show. I woke up, took a shower and did my little makeup which is just eyeliner and mascara, as I sat in front of the mirror. I don't usually put on makeup during school days, I only put on makeup when I'm going out, not that I need it but I like to feel good about how I look.
