The moment I stepped back, an animal-like roar escaped from Shaun’s throat and he quickly rushed towards the vampire. The vampire teleported in front of me first, but before he could touch me, Shaun grabbed the vampire's arm. Shaun flipped the vampire on the floor without difficulty. The second time Shaun tries to knock the vampire down, the vampire pulls out the gun and shoots Shaun's body three times in a row.

I wouldn't let that happen now. My whole body morphed into my vampire self. My eyes turned into a bright glowing red colour. My canines sharpened and my nails grew longer. I whipped my head towards Maya one last time to make sure she was safe before bolting down with the sole purpose to attack that damn creature.
