I felt Xavier’s hand wrap around my body, and it was all I needed to finally break down into a loud cry. Xavier stayed quiet, his hands rubbing my back, as I sobbed on his chest. Even through the pain that I felt, I still wanted Hades, I wanted Hades to be the one comforting me. It was a full theory minutes before I stood crying, my face was swollen and red and Xavier’s shirt was soaked wet. “sorry,” I mumbled my voice hoarding from al the crying I had done. Xavier waved it off, “pretty girls do cry the ugliest,” he joked, wiping the tear streaks off my face.

But now, he was very much alive and real, which meant he was not dead at all. The glass Xander was holding finally slipped from his hand and shattered on the floor. The sound was sharp, loud, and deafening. And immediately, Alexa’s world collapsed in that exact moment. With a pale face, she whispered and called out, “Xander?” Calling out, her voice was so soft, that it barely sounded like her normal voice. Hearing his name, Xander didn’t move and just stared at her. Right now, his chest was aching, as he glanced at Alexa who was now silently crying.

The thunderous clash of claws and fangs echoed through the darkened battlefield, each strike ringing out like a haunting symphony. The rain poured down relentlessly, as if the heavens themselves wept for the fallen. Tigreal's eyes blazed with anger and grief as he faced Xirza, the weight of his actions heavy on his heart. "What have you done Xirza?'' Tigreal screamed heavily at the top of his voice, as he sprang heavily towards Xirza and landed on him a heavy strike on the chest, which hurled him across the battle ground.

I could have sworn that I saw a flicker of tears in Xavier's eye. “I missed you,” Alec whispered. “I’m sorry,” Xavier whispered back, “I didn't mean to kill you.” Alec pulled out of the hug, staring into his brother's eye and in one swift movement, a punch landed on Xavier's face. Xavier staggered backwards, hands on his nose as it bled. “Alec!” Selene screamed, rushing towards them. A small smile curved Alec's lips. “And that is for crying like a baby.” I couldn't help but chuckle at the drama the two boys were playing.

They come out louder and louder. My claws try to force themselves out as I scratch down Xander’s back. A weird feeling fill me. ,like something is about to pour out of me. My whole body is strung tight. Just before I could tip over the edge of the feeling. Like a bomb about to explode. It all stops as Xander pulls all his fingers out. I cry in protest to which he shushes me. I go to speak. Planning on cruising him with every word that comes to mind.
