Sirena examined the clear liquid in the small cup, hesitating. “Sake?” she asked, both curious and cautious. “Is it strong?” James gave a reassuring smile. “Don’t worry. It’s smooth and pairs perfectly with sushi. Just take a sip.” Sirena eventually nodded, taking the cup and sniffing the distinctive aroma of the sake. Slowly, she sipped it.
