His Choice Wasn't Me

His Choice Wasn't Me

“I didn’t mean to surprise you like that.” Sarah smoothed a strand of hair behind her ear, still adjusting to the unexpected greeting. Behind them, Aisha watched the entire moment unfold. A small laugh escaped her lips before she could stop it. Both Sarah and Magnus turned toward her. Aisha lifted her hands slightly. “Uhm… I will be in my room,” she said casually to Sarah. Without waiting for a response, she turned and began walking toward the staircase. Her footsteps echoed lightly as she climbed up, leaving the two adults alone in the living room.

ARIA: The Rise Of The Half Wolf Phoenix

ARIA: The Rise Of The Half Wolf Phoenix

Aisha’s smirk falters, “you wouldn’t dare.” “You want to try me?” Isla asks. “Then go ahead. I’d love to watch you explain why you jumped a first year who’s already on the Games list.” For a moment Aisha looks like she might try something. Then her jaw twitches and she snaps her fingers at her group. “Whatever. This isn’t over, human.” She shoves past me harder than necessary and stalks off with the others behind her. Isla exhales, her shoulders dropping. Then she looks at me.

Me, You, And Your Father

Me, You, And Your Father

the voice of a soft teenage girl with a story to tell came from the other side. "Aisyah? From Bandung? Sister? Is this really Aisyah? Aisyah, how are you? Everything's fine over there, right? In the village? Just ignore it, it was a wrong number that upset me earlier! Sorry, huh? Hehehe!" said Alicia trying to relax. Only her family and people in her village called her Cia, which was her given name.

Bonded

Bonded

a voice sounded I look up meeting her cynical eyes, dark lips forming into a smirk as she eyed me. "Aisha" an older woman calls out, her name in a warning tone, her eyes narrowing. "I'm just asking" she says defensively. "At least she has a label" Ebere buts in coming into my defense or something like that. I refrain the urge to say I'm nobody ashawo. The girl name Aisha laughs loudly, the room quieten down. Shifting on my sit I continued to eat. "I just want the gist" her voice goes low at the end.

Ava

Ava

She failed to see how that would be beneficial to anyone. “Our first pair, Emily from the beginners,” Coach Henderson started. She didn’t even have to look to know the Omega was a trembling mess. It was worse now with whatever spell had been cast on them. “And Ava.”

Ava

“I’m Adelina and I’m calling from KlasyRhodes fashion home, Luanda. We need you to create some designs ma. We want to put up a fashion show and we need new unusual foreign designs.” Could she just stop with the madam thing, Chava had cringed one of her fists already; she didn’t like to be addressed with ‘ma’. Luanda? That was an African country and the caller didn’t sound like a regular client. Where did she get her contact from? “OK, my name is Chava or you can call me Miss Ava.” She smiled. “OK mad--sorry, Miss Ava. How much is your rate?” “When is the deadline? And how many designs?”

Alpha Asher

Alpha Asher

Chelsea chuckled humorlessly, "You try so hard, Lola. But you'll always be useless. Thrown to the side the minute someone better comes along. Tyler saw you for what you are, and now Asher does too." The way she said his name rang out clearly in my head, 'Asher'. Within seconds I was seeing red. "f**k being a good girl." I snarled, smiling as my fist connected with Chelsea's face.

That was one hell of a ride! So much better than many other mafia stories I've read. Twist and turns filled, though I felt then ending was a little rushed ... I wished to see Aisha's pregnancy with Ravan, that part a little more.. Otherwise this book is an astounding read.. Well done 👏

This book is awesome! though I'm a person who generally can handle abuse/torture scenes but in this book some of them were quite disturbing but if you can handle them well give this a shot! I fell in love with it ......

Where Loyalties Lie

Where Loyalties Lie

Aisha slid down her seat, crossing her arms. “I can handle it. I’ll be covert. No one has to know we’re working together.” Ursa smirked as she put her cup to her lips. “Covert, you say? And what makes you think you have the skills for this mission, Princess?” Aisha whined at the use of her title. After shedding off her standoff-ish skin, Aisha begged Ursa to stop calling her Princess, knowing that it was only being used to mock her.

In the Name of the Sacred Tree

In the Name of the Sacred Tree

Aisha always messed up my feelings and thoughts. But why "Langley?" Usually, she just greeted me with just "Lang". I was getting excited about opening Aisha's chat. It was as if some mysterious force pushed me to suppress Aisyah's name. Click! "Assalamualaikum Langley," read the first message. "You play at Soundrenaline tonight, right?" reads the second message. "What time?" reads the third message.
