I tell her seriously, “We’ve got your back!” “Excellent, thank you,” she replies, “Amber, I need you to mix the white bottle with the herbs in that small jar. Levi, you’re going to combine the green jar and the yellow bottle.” We set about combining our ingredients, and I’m surprised when my mixture bubbles, and the fragrant aroma of baking bread wafts from my bowl. “That’s exactly what’s supposed to happen,” Hope tells me with a grin, “Well done! You’ve just made a spell to protect us from killing curses!”

She came as soon as she was called, she did not hesitate. “We want the spirits to rest, how do we go about it?” Mr Phenyo asked. “We need a few ingredients.I can write them down.” said Veronica, trembling. “What are those ingredients?” I asked. “Black salt,a blue and white crystal,monkey’s fur and incense. Said Veronica. “Mika and Katleho will accompany you to a store where you will get the items,then you will return back here to help us reverse the spell.” Mr Phenyo said firmly. Veronica nodded and they all left.

Seraphina cocked an eyebrow at him, “No, I am assertive and this is important, for all of us.” Achilles blushed at being scolded by Seraphina, “Fine, I’ll get your coffee but, I’m not putting any clothes on,” he pulled a tongue at her. Seraphina chuckled, “You are a child.” Achilles left in a huff without another word. Seraphina continued to scribble down the rest of the spell and then began rifling through the herbs around her. She gathered lavender, thyme, cinnamon and peppermint and began to muddle them into a fine powder. She took a bottle of lemon oil and mixed with the powder to create a paste.
