The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The Charismatic Charlie Wade

The relationship between teachers and students in their era could even be described as a relationship between father and son. Mr. Lee nodded with a pleasant sigh as he looked at his students who were now with wrinkled faces and grayish hair. He had been a lecturer all his life, and he had students all over the country and even the world. He felt no regrets as he looked at his students. “Mr. Lee, give us another lecture!” Someone suggested with a sobbing voice. The rest of the group nodded simultaneously. Mr. Lee nodded, tears flooding his eyes. He sat behind the podium, his fingers stroking the rough surface, and he slowly said, “Good morning, class.”

The Kindergarten Teacher Who Doesn’t Exist

The Kindergarten Teacher Who Doesn’t Exist

] [If your teachers did not tell her, how else would she know to grab two forks and pretend they were Bamboo-copters? Miss Zinn replied: [Mrs. Lane, this must be a misunderstanding. You have seen the footage too. Every child uses a spoon at lunch. We do not provide forks at all.] Mrs. Lane added: [No forks for the kids, fine. But what about your teachers? Do they eat with spoons too? My daughter is screaming about jumping off the balcony right now, saying Miss Never is waving at her from the moon! My husband and I are barely holding her back. What do you expect us to do?!]

Puck Me Hard

Puck Me Hard

I was about to give her shit for teasing me about Dickens when a beep cut through the silence, signalling that my class was about to start. “I gotta go,” I said. “Class starts in ten.” “Teach those baby gays to love themselves!” “I’m teaching them modernist poetry today, Imo.” “Potato. Potato.” I grinned, biting back an eye roll. “Talk later.” “Love you, Professor Carter!” I hung up before she could say anything worse. The engine ticked as I shut it off. I grabbed my bag from the passenger seat, tossed one last glance at my phone screen, and stepped out into the heat with something dangerously close to contentment fluttering in my chest.

The Teacher’s Daughter

The Teacher’s Daughter

At the ceremony where my mother, Helena Marlow, received the Best Homeroom Teacher award, the parents wept with gratitude. They praised her for nurturing the students successfully without ever resorting to harsh discipline, and for helping them all to excellent results. But no one knew that the path to their children’s success had been paved by Mom, using me as a warning to others. When someone in the class stole money, cheated on an exam, or got into a romantic relationship, I was the one punished. During the ceremony, the principal, Ms. Wanda Ambrose, stepped onto the stage to present her award. She asked, “Ms. Marlow, you have so many outstanding students in your class. Which student

The Scholarship Girl

Her expression shifted—eyes lighting up, lips curling into a suspicious smirk. I grew curious. “What’s amusing you?” Excitement spilled into her voice. “So there’s this thing Greg does, yeah…” “Greg???” “Girl, that’s not the point, Focus. It's called student hour. Greg and some of the other teachers do it. They dedicate an hour of class time to a student. The student comes up and teaches a topic. Takes questions. The whole thing." She pauses for dramatic effect, and she is very good at dramatic effect. “Guess whose turn it is today."

Average Jane |Lesbian Story|

Average Jane |Lesbian Story|

What was it like? How did Lucy do it? She thought about Grace Anderson standing in front of the class that morning, giving the Bunsen burner demonstration, looking beautiful even in the safety goggles. But safety goggles weren't poetic enough to put into a poems Suddenly she had an idea. Quickly she wrote: "My love for you is like a Bunsen burner burning bright." Then another line came to her, and another after that. Some of her lines didn't rhyme, but every year teachers told her that poems didn't have to rhyme. Lucy always manages to get hers to rhyme, though.

Teacher's Pet

Teacher's Pet

“Are you alright honey?” “Yeah.” I rubbed my face with my hands. “Just a bit hungry. Breakfast didn’t fill me up.” I was getting better at lying every second. Was that a bad thing? “Oh, dear! I’ll go make something for you then!” She got up to leave but stopped midway. “I almost forgot! We’re having a Thanksgiving dinner this Thursday, so I want you to invite your teacher. I feel sorry for not being able to invite him in last night. He was such a dear to have brought you home himself. I keep forgetting his name… Erick?”

Very much enjoyed this story! Great dialogue, characters & storyline. Did not drag out with ridiculous plot twist or misogynistic action against the female lead. Plot was whimsical, but nicely done. No excessive, but stupid chapters. Kudos to a job well done! Thanks!

I couldn’t put this book down and read it in a day. It was compelling, the characters were well written, and I loved the FL (by the end). Absolutely deserving of 5 stars!! I’m going to read more by this author, for sure!!

NO HARM

NO HARM

But desperation feels my inside, Desperate for a hand to lead me to a new world. A world that is like a ballroom, One just like in Disney, With fairy tale ending. I will dance my sorrows out, And let the cool evening breeze sing to me. I will dance and call happiness. Juliet Ivie. I wrote what I felt like doing and again this teacher gets me,she said she really loves my poem. I couldn't hide my shy smile,I really like this new teacher. The day that girl died in school,I saw that she was sad,and I was sad too. The day Lance fought for her, I was happy,I instantly liked Lance. I don't know why I like her so much,do people just like someone like this?

The Ultimate Husband

The pretty lady on-stage said to her mic, “Ladies and Gentlemen, my name is Penny and I’m the host for the Poetry League. I’ll now come up with a theme where everyone should base their poetry composition on. Whoever writes the best will earn the title The Gifted Hibiscus Scholar! You should know this title is the highest honor for scholars and literati!” Penny scanned the crowd. “It’s deep into autumn, so the theme for this year’s Poetry League is Autumn. Whoever writes the best poem wins!”
