"You won't like the answer. I can tell you when we're ready to leave and then you won't need to think about it until it's time to return." This isn't good, but I have no idea why. "You're scaring me." "We should enjoy our time together." "How would I enjoy it with this hanging over us. You just need to tell me." He rolls to his back and looks up at the ceiling. He doesn't say anything for several minutes, and if his eyes were closed, I would think him sleeping. Even though it kills me, I give him time. "Shadow Warriors were different on the home planet." "From what I read, they were homicidal maniacs."

THE REWRITE: Transmigrating Into Another World

THE REWRITE: Transmigrating Into Another World

She asked, while she deftly pruned a rose bush beside Mars. “Hmm…” Mars tapped his chin, snipping a stray branch. He was also pruning a rose bush, but had done so terribly, that only an expert could tell that it's even a rose bush. “We’ve got w*******s and webnovels. On these websites, you can read thousands of cool stories.” 'Like this ridiculous one I’m trapped in,' he was once again reminded of his predicament, not in a warm bed in his warm room but pruning prickly bushes.

Master of Life and Death

"It's nothing much. I was just reading a web novel. The author's got a great sense of humor." "What novel is it? I like reading web novels, too. Recommend some good ones to me!" "I've been reading one about a genius doctor. It's pretty interesting. I think the author's pen name… was the Wild Storyteller, or something like that," Serena said. "Considering how good he is at writing, I bet he's good-looking, too!"

The Wolf Star: A Rejected Mates Story

The Wolf Star: A Rejected Mates Story

“I looked too closely at something. I was looking into the stars with the help of a friend and… It tried to separate me from the moon goddess.” “What?” Eli asked. “What did?” “The…” Astrea coughed again, curling in on herself. “Stellar Lupis…” “The wolf star,” Peggy said. “You… Looked too close?” Astrea nodded. “At the time, it didn’t want to be looked at. It didn’t want to be observed… I thought I was doing the right thing, I thought I could stop it… I was arrogant,” she said, black tears springing to her eyes.

Living The Life in an AI Slop Story

Living The Life in an AI Slop Story

The comet, now the size of a hill, continued its course towards Gulistan Palace, but Sikandar had other pressing matters. “What do you mean I don’t win?” He asked, confused. You might want to talk to me inside your head. Sikandar looked around, seeing Ayesha, Salman and Faizi giving him concerned looks. Aarif, Shaan and Meeran stood by watching him with interest. ‘Good guys always win.’ Most of the time and that’s the issue. The world of web novels is filled with revenge stories where the protagonist gets the last laugh and a happy ending. It’s time we delivered a revenge story where the hero loses. The author came up with the idea and I agree with her.

RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE EX-HUSBAND CHASED ME BACK

RUTHLESS BILLIONAIRE EX-HUSBAND CHASED ME BACK

The ship’s light returned, but it was different—tempered, resilient, woven with threads of the freighter’s steadfast loyalty. We couldn't stay. Every moment, the Weavers' Plot Storms were descending on new worlds, ironing out the wrinkles of free will, replacing messy histories with clean, dramatic arcs. The galaxy was being turned into a library of approved fiction, and we were the last piece of unauthorized, non-fiction truth.

Star Dust

Star Dust

Katherine Thomas Chapter 1 There is only one planet that we know of that holds life. It is the Earth. Our home. However, there is a small percentage of the population that never lost their true parentage. They know where they really come from, and it isn’t Earth’s perfection. They are called to watch the stars. They can see the differences that the normal humans can’t see. They instinctively know they came from the heavens. They are the ones who call themselves the Seeds of the Stardust.

Those who didn't give up on me, you were the reason I didn't give up either. To those wondering what is to come next, allow me to let you know what you can expect... There are still 3 novella spin-offs to be released before we dive into the second half of The Gods' Saga, Runaway Empress (which is already serialising on Ream) - the prequel about Mei's parents, Dark Vocation - Manon's story, and Valor, Verve, and Virtue - Cole and Andromeda's story. The spin-offs are all under 70k words, so they shouldn't take anywhere near as long to complete.

A very good story. I loved its uniqueness and it's richness. The world you created was vast, imaginative, and the Adventure was exciting, heart warming, and often funny. The characters had depth, flaws, and they always kept me guessing. I loved it. I can't wait to read the sequals.

This would probably be one of my favorite novels in this platform. Beautifully written chapters, and a very well-made plot. You can't help but be enchanted by the characters of the book as well. I had fun reading it up to the end.

Frequently Asked Questions

Honestly, this thread is a lifesaver because I remember trying to figure this out a couple years back. The 'net sites' phrasing totally takes me back to the early 2000s forums. For new readers, I'd really suggest starting somewhere that has a solid tagging system so you can actually find what you're looking for. Archive of Our Own is a monster in terms of sheer volume and the search filters are a godsend—you can exclude pairings you hate, find specific tropes, and sort by kudos.

That said, FanFiction.net still has a massive, if somewhat older, Star Wars library. The interface feels dated but some of the most famous, foundational novel-length fics for the fandom are still hosted there, and they're worth digging for. Just be prepared to wade through a lot of early-2000s formatting and author's notes in ALL CAPS. My advice is to use AO3 for discovery and browsing, but keep FF.net bookmarked for those classic deep cuts that never got cross-posted.
