YORD: The Union

“Yord, a land closed off from the world of pure humans. A vast land of trees, water forms, and mountains habited by every magical creature created by the gods. Before the wars started by pure humans began, our kind was living peacefully among them. When the first World War launched its first bomb Frey- the most powerful immortal being of Yord- saw how the pure humans used and abused his creatures for evil. He then created a barrier to protect his creations. His anger on pure humans became deeply rooted from then on. Never did a pure human set foot on our land ever again, the end.” Grandmother Willows closes the book called “The Legend of Yord” and puts it on the side table close to the moon-

REJECTED BY BILLIONAIRE, CHOSEN BY THE DEVIL KING

“How many worlds are there?” Noah’s third eye opened. He immediately shut it. “Don’t ask.” The Devil King smiled. “Too late.” Noah swallowed. “Every story that has ever been imagined is here.” Sophia looked around. “Every story?” Aria nodded. “Every possibility.” The Invaders The first army emerged. They weren’t monsters. They were ordinary people. Men. Women. Children. Kings. Soldiers. Scholars. They all looked confused. Sophia frowned.

World of Tomorrow

World of Tomorrow

Evelyn’s startled squeal rapidly morphed into a sighing moan as his mouth and hands got to work. ** The Los Angeles Times was delivered with their late breakfast, and as soon he opened it to the front page headlines, Andrew cursed. “What is it?” Evelyn asked, alarmed. Andrew turned the newspaper so she could see the front page headline, laying it out on the table as he rose. Her eyes went wide and she set her coffee down with a clatter. There was more to the headline, but only one word she needed. War.

I've barely been able to put this story down. I absolutely love it. I love how descriptive the story is. And it has made me want to have been able to go to that World's Fair. It is a beautiful love story and I can't wait to finish it.

I am only to Chapter 22, but this book is Amazing so far and by far my favorite. I love historical fiction and this piece is a gem. I read the Author's book about Grace and Juliet and just had to jump right into this one as some characters are the same.

Beyond His World

Beyond His World

At first, one voice. Then another. A child from a distant planet imagined a garden between the stars. An old scholar imagined a library containing the history of both universes. A healer imagined a sanctuary. A traveler imagined roads connecting worlds. An artist imagined cities filled with colors that had never existed. A soldier imagined a future without another war. Millions of people answered. The Interworld stopped expanding. Liana felt their dreams enter it. The emptiness began changing. Gardens appeared. Cities. Libraries.

The Rejected Goddess

The Rejected Goddess

The second we stepped inside, the ancient book—without anyone touching it—flew open on its own and glowed brightly. Micha and I exchanged a look and rushed to it. We were excited about another adventure of mysteries. We didn't care about Elder Parker. We didn't care about consequences. This was bigger. This was the truth we needed. The truth we wanted. The ancient book began: --- "Dear reader, welcome. This ancient book has been waiting for you." Then the pages flipped themselves. **"As previously stated, the War of Realms ended, but the war between the Vampires and Werewolves continued. King Roosevelt was enraged. He burned cities in the Werewolf realm. He killed and killed, destroying ever

Games of Invictus

Games of Invictus

The Third World War began on August fifteenth, 2030. It only lasted three days. It was a war that ended with twenty-thousand nuclear warheads and a burning Earth. With over one billion fatalities, the Third World War was labelled the largest global catastrophe since the extinction of the dinosaurs. Another hundred million more died soon after, victims of the swift and deadly killer that was radiation sickness. Worldwide infrastructure failed in less than a day-everything from microchips to national power grids were fried by the blasts.

The Carpathian Prophecy Of Alpha's Love

The Carpathian Prophecy Of Alpha's Love

Lerder stared at the spot where Soren had vanished, feeling the tremors beginning to run through reality itself. "War," he said simply. "War across every world simultaneously." "The end of everything." Between worlds, Soren materialized into chaos. Around him, reality fractured and reformed in impossible patterns. And there—fighting desperately against tendrils of living shadow—were Elara and Lyra. But they weren't the serene guardians he'd expected. They were wounded, their light dimming as corruption spread through their astral forms. And standing before them, wearing a body made of stolen starlight—

A Mythical World

A Mythical World

His power had been weakened, but he was the Legend. Pale flames licked at the grey sky. Dark smoke rose, twisting and curling. When the wind pushed it toward them, he blinked and wept and rubbed their eyes. He turned his head away, coughing and cursing. A taste of things to come, thought Moriah. Many and more would burn before this war was done. Hadassah was robed all in scarlet satin and blood velvet, her eyes as blue as the great ruby that glistened at her throat as if it too were on sea. The Goddess of Wisdom and creation. (A dark gods novel)

She was trying to force it to eat away at the wards that we had up. Fire balls started to be thrown at the entrance one after another becoming more and more powerful. You could see the anger in her eyes. She was beyond reckless and it was getting worse. All of the light Gods she couldn't replace that she killed were already starting to effect mortal realms. "Realm 68 just started a war." Aries stated as he continued to watch all mortal realms. It was getting bad. I may be dark but I still liked some peace when I ruled. This was complete chaos. There was no balance. It was like death and that's it.

Blood War: The Awakening Book 1

Blood War: The Awakening Book 1

Turns out my wolf is attached to him because he is my mate, a secret we had to keep between us because it was forbidden, and his father would have my head. After many years have passed, we survived a lot together, vampires and werewolves were at war with each other and the humans joined it, the lab I once worked for rebranded themselves as W. I. K. D, killing us and calling it the cleansing. It was a massacre that day, but it was also the perfect diversion to allow us to escape, yes us... I told them about my plan, and they knew... The whole time, "I don't know if it's a good idea," Al complained, "I mean the human world is at war right now, this is our haven right now,"
