Stephanie Plum Series Novels & Stories

"It's a long story that I didn't plan on telling you, to be honest. At least, not right now." "No better time than the present," she countered. "Don't you think I deserve to know?" "Of course," I whispered. We were staring at each other when the kitchen doors opened, and Stephanie walked in. The shock on her face was loud and clear. "What—," her gaze traveled over the scene in front of her as if someone had been murdered. I didn't like it. "Do you need something, Stephanie?" She swallowed. "No, Alpha, but ... there is a rule against interoffice romances you put in place last year, and ..."

********* NINA'S POV My world is crumbling before my very eyes, and I'm holed up in my apartment, making a mess. Wherever I look, whatever I do, those five words echo back to me, sending me into a spiral. ‘I KNOW WHAT YOU DID.’ But what did I do? No…let's rephrase. What have I not done? From sleeping with my stepbrother, to abetting the murder of my ex-boyfriend… I couldn't get out of that bookstore fast enough. Right when I thought the universe had given me another chance, she rips the rug from under my feet and chastises me for my bruises.

“Can I help you, miss?” “Help me?” I laughed. “Yeah, you can fucking help me by telling me why the hell you haven’t found them yet! Camila and her mom, her dad, her step brother? A whole fucking family just disappears, poof, gone, and you idiots are sitting here twiddling your thumbs?” He sighed, like I was some nuisance kid wasting his time. “Miss, we’ve been over this and I told you the case is still open, but…” “Still open? Bullshit!”

With a cynical smile on her lips as she rose on her fours, she said, “You will never be able to protect Stephanie from the seekers.” “What?” I gasped, clenching my fists. “You heard me, Stephanie is the seekers prey and they are not going to let go of her until she is dead.” She spoke with a grave voice. Determined to keep to my promise of keeping Stephanie safe, I ordered the guards to lock her up in prison. Almost immediately, the guards who were lurking around swooned in on her but she refused to let them grab her arms. Glaring murderous at me, she yelled, “Is this the best you can do?”

Stephanie placed a large tank of coffee and six boxes of doughnuts and muffins on her hood before opening a back door to pull a large box out of it. “When Seb called me, I was out shopping for you guys. There is something important that your elemental asses failed to think about,” said Stephanie, dropping the box on the ground by the property and walking back to her car to pull another large box out of her trunk. “My kind may not be hunting you down anymore, but you still don’t want to get exposed for the wrong reasons.” “What is it?” said Coralis. Stephanie dropped the second box on the ground and opened the other one to pull a hard hat out of it.

Lowel’s pace fastened as he walked around the room clearly meditating. Stephanie sat on the black couch, her right leg crossed over the left as she leaned her back into the chair, filing her nails and chewing ever so nonchalantly. “I knew that Rosealba girl was up to no good. Such a witch.” She spat in disgust, still filing he nails.

Her phone rang out from the couch and just knew who it was but before she could pick it up, her doors slammed open again. “Where's the asshole!!!!” Stephanie ran in with a bat in her hand, making him hurry up the stairs and Seraphina laughing out loud. “Ignore him, Steph. Let's leave” she said calmly “Tomorrow, I'll sign the paperwork and you can kill him if you want” Stephanie has a devilish smile plastered on her face, her eyes glowing with something evil beneath “okay then” and they both walked out of the house as free women.

Kelly screamed and went over the top again. When Stephanie left the school that evening, there was a smile on her sticky face. She was happy that she had pleased Kelly, but she was also surprised at how much she liked it. She ate the young woman to three strong climaxes and would have continued had she not pushed her away. She could still taste Kelly's juice on her lips... and she had her panties in her purse, which she would use to masturbate with when she got home. She wasn't even going to wash her face tonight. Chapter 6

~After Four Months~ Stephanie stepped out of the house to water the little garden in front of the house, carrying her protruded stomach with her. As she watered the plants, she noticed someone was staring at her. She looked to her right side and saw her neighbor, a woman, looking at her. “Hi.” The woman greeted, waving at her. “Hi, Good morning, Ma’am,” Stephanie responded, smiling politely. “Can I come to you?” She asked, and Stephanie bounced her head.

If they had more rebels in the pack, they would crumble and Phoebe would not stick around with them. I leaned back in the chair, letting my hands fall to the armrests. My pack was stable. My warriors were loyal. My enemies were quiet. Yet I felt like everything was slipping. A knock came. Not loud. Not rushed. Just three slow taps. “Come in,” I said, not bothering to sit up straight. The door opened, and Stephanie stepped inside. She wore a pale green dress. Too thin for the weather. Her hair was tied up, but loose strands framed her face. I noticed her eyes before anything else. They looked tired.
