Novel & Cerita Stephanie Plum Series

In a few seconds, they were all done and I wanted to scream at them not to leave me. "They can not save you from me, Pamela, no one can," Stephan said as he read my face. I swallowed nervously. I could not tear my gaze away from him even if I wanted to. He put his tie into his pocket still gazing at me with those deep broody eyes. "I am going to pat you down for the flash drive, it has to be on you," He told me. He was going to touch me and I grew excited. Get over yourself! I had on a long-sleeved turtleneck and tight jeans with boots.

Will Her father is obviously disappointed that we'll only be staying one night. I’m surprised when Stephanie’s response is to tell him that she left everything in order before she went to Sloane’s birthday party. She told me she has been acting as Luna, but I didn’t realize that her stepmother is doing nothing in the Luna capacity, except reaping the benefits. I’m quickly beginning to understand what Stephanie means about her stepmother and stepsister not earning the respect of the pack. How can any Luna expect her pack to respect her when she doesn’t even do her job?

She walked closer until she stood facing me and brought her lips down to my neck. “I thought you said she was just a contract,” I felt the venom laced beneath her words. “But what did I see on the news?” I felt cold metal pressed to my abdomen. A gun. I almost let out a soft chuckle. Stephanie was a Mafia princess, born into the world of blood and crime, but she was no match for me. “Trying to kill me?” I tilted my head, meeting her eyes. She held that ice-cold expression. She despised anyone getting close to me and for Amelia’s sake I had to play along with Stephanie to keep her safe.

I open it. "Stephanie. Oh my God. You're back!" I look at Stephanie Burnham. She is a beautiful woman. She has gotten taller, and her hair is long. She has long black straight hair. She always looked like a Halloween brat. I loved that about her. It was always weird to me that a prep like Brittany and a punk-like Steph were ever friends. I'm not sure how they came to be friends. But I know it has something to do with me.

After a curt bow, she exited the room. “Eat,” Dr Yomi commanded. Feeling insulted, Stephen rejected the offer despite his stomach's protest. He leaned back in his seat and crossed his legs. A knowing smile spread across his enemy's face. Dr Yomi carried the plaque with Stephen's name on it and scratched it. Stephen reached for it and snatched it from Yomi's hands. He slammed the plaque hard on the table, marking the place as his domain. Yomi smirked and leaned on the table. His eyes sparkled with child-like excitement.

I had come to mend things, but it felt like I had only made them worse. With a heavy sigh, I turned and began walking back to my room, unsure of how to fix the growing rift between us. ___ Stephanie’s POV The evening air was cool and soothing as I strolled through the garden, taking in the quiet rustle of leaves and the faint scent of blooming flowers. The party preparations were well underway, and the buzz of activity in the house was almost suffocating. I needed a break. I moved deeper into the garden, finding solace among the tall hedges and vibrant rose bushes. Just as I was about to sit on one of the stone benches, my phone buzzed in my pocket. Pulling it out, I frowned at the sight of

Dayos POV; I walk back into the restaurant and return to my seat with Derrick and Esther. I find Derrick is almost done with his food and Esther is half way through hers. "I have a plan. "I announce before taking a spoon of rice into my mouth and the spoon dancing about between Esthers fingers on her plate stops dead. "Sorry, what? "Derrick questions and I roll my eyes. "I have a plan to apprehend himl" I reply. "Why not leave this to the cops? "Derrick questions and my brows furrow.

He says as he plays a clip of Stephanie and Kylie driving in today. “What am I looking at here?” I ask him. “This morning when Stephanie and Luna Kylie left, Stephanie used her plam print before they drove off, but when they came back, she tried using hers and the system didn't recognise her so Luna Kylie used hers instead. I thought that it was merely a glitch in the system because it was Stephanie but then I saw this.” He says and then it brings up another screen. It shows Stephanie running out of the house with the darkhold and what looks like a vial of blood in her hand. What the hell? My eyes must be deceiving me.

She dropped the tray of pancakes on the table. “Thank you, Steph. You sure know I am very hungry.” I sat down on my chair, taking a pancake with my hand, and devouring it in a second. Stephanie walked towards the wall where I arranged the photos of my suspects, and criminal cases pending to solve. She stood still for a while, as if trying to figure out what she was staring at. She's only fifteen, I bet she won't understand a thing. “Wow!” She exclaimed, pointing at a picture. I traced the direction she was pointing at, only to see that it was Matteo.

There was also a sighting of her going to the forest where Damien had made a secret camp, I don't think it's was for running only. But for the past two weeks, she hadn't left the pack and that happened just after Sander and Damien died. Was it all a mere coincidence? No. There was something fishy, and I was about to meet Bryan so we could go and interrogate her but lilac suddenly walked into the office with a bowl of beef soup she got from our suspect. To my horror it was as I suspected, Stephanie was the traitor, the wolf in sheep clothing, she had poison the love of my life and I was almost losing it as she gasped for air, while I drove her at top speed to the hospital.
