Don’t you want to meet Gamma Celeriac? He’s in his study.” Study? I glanced back toward the man who had been watching Elysia’s window—but he was gone. The eerie aura still lingered in the air. Teleporting into the study, I landed soundlessly. Gamma Celeriac sat at his desk, engrossed in a book. His expression was unreadable, but the moment I appeared, he closed the book with deliberate calmness.
