He takes a very long time to return, about 30minutes and I'm not exaggerating because I finished my meal and the 0% white wine bottle. My bladder is not happy at all. "Sorry babes but I have to go now. I'm really sorry. I have already sort the bill out." Steven says quickly taking his other phone and car keys. He kisses my forehead and leaves before I could even say goodbye or finish my sentence.

“You’re hungry Mr. Duvier? There’s a donut stand at the corner…my treat.” Chris's stomach rumbled when he heard the donut word. He followed the uniformed man. They sat down at one of the outdoor tables at the donut shop. “This is your first time in our place?” Chris Duvier hungrily bites the donut before he said, “Yes, Sir.” The donut was delicious and the matching coffee. “My this is heavenly…” Sgt. Ed Pepper, as the badge of his uniform, stated proudly smiled, “Well this one little bakery shop is our town's little secret. I know the owner. Her cakes and bread are the most delicious.”

All these actions did soften Emma’s heart but there was a nagging feeling in her heart about all of this simply being an act to achieve something greater but what it was a question her subconscious couldn’t answer. Steven said, placing the card on Anthony’s palms. “Probably?” Anthony asked, staring at the black plastic card. He raised his head again, and to his surprise, Steven had disappeared. “Hmmm,” he said, placing the card in his pocket and walking away. Steven arrived in front of the amusement park later that evening and saw Derren standing at the entrance, leaning against his car. “Hey,” Steven said with a smile, walking to him. “Steven, where have you been?” Derren asked, sounding a little upset.

River POV “Now don’t go thinking this is going to be a regular thing,” I said as I steered the car toward home, the warm smell of fresh pizza filling the air. “I only got you pizza because I’m too tired to make anything for lunch… and you know Stella’s still on leave.” “Yes, yes!
