Lily's POV "It's so out of this world." I said exasperatedly, slumping my head on the table. "And hopeless." Stella had still not overcome her surprise on seeing the huge library, looking around in complete awe. We both had a thing for libraries. And the library here in Ace's apartment was amazing. I had been trying to search around in this library for things that could somehow tell me more about Valtor. But I hadn't found anything last night. So now, I really had to ask Stella to come over and help me out.

Jimmy still felt shaken as he and McEwan came from the rain and entered the library. The primary research room was as Rodriguez had described it - a dramatic octagonal chamber dominated by an enormous round table with twelve flat-screen computer workstations. On the far side of the room, a reference librarian was just pouring a pot of tea and settling in for the day of work. "Does the library located in the west wing?" I inquire. "No, it's in the north east at the end of the hallway near the-" "Got it," I cut him off. "I'll go get him" I smile and turn around. I had my own room. I slipped in my earphones and zoned out my surroundings as I made my way to the library. With my favorite song playing in my ears, there was nothing that could ruin my day. I pushed the library door open and headed towards the librarian's desk. I hit the bell that I had bought her for her birthday and removed an ear bud as she approached. “Hey, is Jay here yet,” I asked with a warm smile. I glanced around the library and didn’t see his familiar red backpack. Jacob Stine was the prince of Black Heights University and was failing nearly all of his classes. He was a decent enough guy and the money was golden.
