The Stolen Relic

The Stolen Relic

“I had not discovered that they had your mother and who they were before last night. But last night, he told me what they were searching for.” She watched him as he placed his hand on her shoulder and gently yanked the necklace out from inside her shirt. She grabbed the pendant in her hand and shook her head. “This? It’s just a trinket my parents gave me when I was little. Why would they want this? It’s worthless.” He stepped up in front of her and met her eyes with his. “They said it is a stolen relic and the key to something incredible.” He answered with a hint of awe in his tone.

Stealing His Heirs

Stealing His Heirs

After all, even though I had always been obedient and gentle, I had zero tolerance when it came to betrayal. “Yvonne, do you really understand?” I nodded, curling my lips into a bitter smile. “Zayn, we both have to think of the family. I understand you need an heir. After all, the Levine mafia empire is vast. Someone has to inherit it. “If you think it would be easier, you can bring Whitney home so that she’s cared for. That way, I’ll feel reassured too.” Joy spread across his face when I said those words. He let out a long sigh of relief.

Heirs

Heirs

It was almost better than cumming. "You better be more careful next time, angel." I speak in an innocent voice, walking towards the exit. "You son of a bitch." His voice was muffled, as he was still writhing in pain. "I just wanted to clarify who is in charge." I show him a victorious smile. [***] I walk through the entrance of the house, realizing that, for the thousandth time, my grandfather had ordered the plants and flowers that decorated the place to be changed. I see that all my favorite flowers were there and I shake my head while smiling.

Get Out Of My Way, Devilish Duke!

Get Out Of My Way, Devilish Duke!

Swirly
If you’ll ask why, it is because these precious jewels grant wealth, victory, and good health to the rulers and people of the Empire. The problem with this expedition was the artifact itself. Their grandfather stole it. “Don’t worry, brother! I’ll make you a lucky charm!” Judging by the turn of the current events, I had to sew what I ripped.

Bound by the Moon, Fated by Destiny

Bound by the Moon, Fated by Destiny

The preparation has been going well with the celebration only four days away. I begun combing my hair after having dried it. I too could feel the eclipse, mother told me about it. Very powerful for those who needs it and very special to. I remembered the stone she gave me. It was our family heirloom, some sort of relic which I buried along with mother's Grimoire. Before I went into hiding, I had to keep them all safely until it was time to get them back. Mother had instructed that the heirloom in particular should be kept safe,it's supposedly powerful. At that time I didn't know what to do,the only thing that came to mind was burying it.

I Weaponized Fake Heirs to Save Myself

I Weaponized Fake Heirs to Save Myself

Mother liked to say that I was the most perfect one among her ten sons. When the first "real heir" had returned, his blood had mixed with Father's, thanks to my tricks. He and my parents had clung to each other, sobbing with joy. When the second "real heir" had returned, his blood had also mixed with Father's. Mother had grabbed the greatsword off the wall to punish Father with it, only to realize at the last second that her blood blended with this so-called heir, too. No one had the faintest idea what was going on, but the three of them still ended up in a tearful group hug.

The Betrayed Luna: Rise Of The Phoenix

The Betrayed Luna: Rise Of The Phoenix

Pursing my lips I decided it was time for me to bring out my trump card. I put my hand into my jacket pocket, whispering a spell to access my abilities. When I took my hand out a large amulet was in my palm. “This.” His lips parted and he rose to his feet. He recognized its crest. “Where did you get this?” he demanded, reaching out to take it. I pulled my arm back. “It’s an heirloom,” I lied. I didnt tell him I had stolen it from the Shadowpine Pack, nor from whom I had taken it from without anyone’s knowledge. “Do I have your aid, Lord Zephyr?”

THE CLAIMED VIRGIN

THE CLAIMED VIRGIN

I typed back fast: I'll see what I can find. Him: There’s a relic in the Vargas vault. They snatched it during a raid on the Caruso pack lands. Me: What am I looking for? Description. Me: A moonstone set in silver. Large. You’ll smell the ancient magic on it. Secure that, and your debt is paid. He wanted me to heist a pack relic. A stone I couldn't even visualize. If I failed this, Dragunov would have my head.

Bound to the Rogue Alpha

Bound to the Rogue Alpha

"Why would I weave a lie for you, Brooke? Do you truly believe a low-caste scout like me has the coin to buy a crown jewel?" I knew his history—or at least the version he let the world see. His mother had been a daughter of the Larson bloodline before their pack was slaughtered and their lands seized. But he had already given me an emerald band as a family relic. The idea that he had a second, even more priceless heirloom tucked away felt impossible. I began to worry he had scavenged it from a forbidden tomb or stolen it from a High Alpha’s hoard. "You don't have the coin, Logan, but you have the stealth," I countered, flinching away from his touch. "Did you steal this? If the Council finds

The story is a wherewolf version of a novel I already read. The billionaire's pretend wife. Just started it and the events are almost perfectly in sync. It's one of my favorite books so I'm still debating to keep reading. I am curious as to who wrote the original, or which one is the original.
