As soon as the first spoonful reached my stomach, a loud growl followed, and I looked around the room embarrassed. "Yikes! It sounds like you haven't eaten in almost three months, geez," she remarked, making her way out while I focused back on the soup in front of me. Relishing every spoonful, I could feel bits of energy slowly returning to me. Finally, warmth returned to my freezing body. I didn't want to rush it despite my extreme hunger, to avoid overeating and getting a stiff stomach, which would land me in the hospital.

I woke up suddenly as a sharp pain shot through my stomach. I glanced at the clock on the bedside table and realized it was only two in the morning. I was sweating profusely and couldn't help but clutch my stomach, the pain intense and unrelenting. I let out a soft groan, hoping to alleviate even a fraction of the discomfort, but it persisted.

My stomach growls loudly, and I whimper as I press on my belly. The last thing I ate was dinner the night before and my already thin body is screaming at me to eat again. Not that it is an uncommon practice for me. Usually I am too busy healing or I pass out from the stress of it all and never have the time to eat. But now that I am walking and coherent, my body knows it needs sustenance, and it is making sure everyone else near me knows it as well.

The only release I got was when Sparkle took charge of our body. The box that had the few sandwiches lay on the ground empty, next to me. My stomach growled from time to time. I've never been that hungry in my entire life, my stomach kept on asking for food, and the gastric acid was already digesting the inner walls of my stomach. Maybe it was time for me lay back, defeated.

A sharp, stabbing pain hits me right in the stomach, and I freeze, waiting for it to go away. But it doesn’t, and the sharp pain turns into a deep cramp.

Is this him throwing some kind of tantrum? His stomach growls loudly, the sound echoing through the empty room. I stare at him in utter disbelief. He closes his eyes briefly. "...Damnit." Despite the ridiculous situation, a laugh almost sneaks out of me. "Well, look at that. Someone is clearly hungry.” “I’m… not.” Another growl rumbles from his stomach. This one sounds painful. I raise an eyebrow. "Mars." He rubs a hand slowly over his face. "...It's different."

I closed my eyes and lay still for a few minutes when something strange happened. My stomach growled, causing me to open my eyes. I frowned. I had eaten dinner only a few hours ago. I ignored it and closed my eyes again. Then it happened again. It was louder this time. I sat up and glared at my stomach. "What is wrong with you?" My stomach answered with another growl. I sighed and looked at the clock. It was almost midnight. I didn't have anything in the room except a bottle of water and some crackers.
