CONSUMED IN THE TRIPLET ALPHAS' HEAT

CONSUMED IN THE TRIPLET ALPHAS' HEAT

Kain and Riven could smell me on Jax anyway. In the hallway I found Angie. Her hair was everywhere. Her pajamas were askew. She ran to me. "Lira! Popsie didn't read my story tonight and I can't find Zuri." "Will you read to me?" she asked with pleading eyes. "I can't sleep without my story." My heart melted. "Of course." I took her to my room and tucked her into bed. I found a children's book about wolves. I read her a story about a little wolf who got lost in the woods but found a glowing stone that guided her home. Angie's eyes widened at every turn. Her mouth formed perfect little O's when I described the monsters hiding in the fog.

I say in all seriousness. “Someone ran over your puppy?” Ethan says, concerned. “No, little man. We don’t have a puppy. Mommy was making a poor joke.” Alex says, giving me a look that could kill. “Buddy, why don’t you get your jammies ready and play for a few minutes? I’ll be in to read you a story in a minute.”

The Alpha's Fight for His Omega

The Alpha's Fight for His Omega

“What was that?” “An early education program. She really likes how we teach our pups. It’s not as regimented, and she thinks it’s better for pups in the long run. A lot of packs teach their pups the same way humans do, with a lot of sitting, listening, paper completing, and testing. The problem with that is pups have a lot of energy, and making them sit for so long everyday can be hard for them, and not all pups learn from sitting, and listening then filling out papers all day.”

The Evil Rich Girl's Guide to Training Dogs

The Evil Rich Girl's Guide to Training Dogs

"Hey, do you want to get back at the man who hurt you?" Logan spat out a mouthful of blood and looked up at me with alarmingly bright eyes. "Yes." A vicious smile curled on my lips as I lazily tilted his chin up with the toe of my shoe. "Then become my lapdog, and I'll give you everything you want." Logan lowered his head and fell silent. Just as I grew impatient and was about to turn away, he reached out and grabbed my ankle. "Woof." From then on, Logan became my most devoted lapdog.

A little pup staggered up to them, clutching a carved wooden wolf. He blinked sleepily at Luna. “Alpha,” he mumbled, rubbing his eyes. “Will you tell us a story?” “Now?” she asked, amused. He nodded earnestly. “The one about how you made the lightning listen,” he said. “Please.” More pups gathered, drawn like moths to the idea. Orion chuckled. “You are a legend already,” he murmured in her ear. She rolled her eyes. “Well, if we must indoctrinate them, we might as well get the details right,” she said.

Short Scary Stories

Short Scary Stories

In West Yorkshire, England, Elaine Sheridan was preparing to feed her three dogs from a tin of dog food when a live toad jumped out of the tin and across her kitchen floor. According to animal expert Dr Roger Meek, the toad could have survived the three months it had spent canned by shutting down its metabolism. The Sheridans kept the lucky toad as a pet and named it Buddy after the toads from the Budweiser beer commercials. I don't own any of this stories. I found them in some creepy books. I'm thinking of writing my own scary stories, but not anytime soon.

To Love A Vampire

To Love A Vampire

"Tell me a story," Mia said, settling under the covers. "What kind of story?" I sat at the edge of her bed, "I know red riding hood, Goldilocks and the three bears or three little pigs." "I don't know," she shrugged, "something filled with adventure and danger." "Mia, you live with wolves it doesn't get any more adventurous than that." "The most adventure I have here is sitting on dad's back when he is a wolf." "Hey, that's more than some kids get. You got a dad who can also be a pet," I said and she giggled.

To love a beast was good, but this one was even better! So captivating/intriguing, and beautiful character progression throughout. Such a good mix of suspense and drama but lighthearted laughter/comedy. Super excited for the next! Amazing job author! :) Author, when will the next book be on here?

Playing the Devil's Game

Playing the Devil's Game

As the shelter attendant opened the enclosure, Marie bounded into my arms, her warmth a testament to the unconditional love that dogs offer. Embracing her tiny form, I felt an unexpected surge of affection. Marie reciprocated with a flurry of excited licks, her tail wagging in unbridled joy. The simplicity of this exchange resonated with a profound truth—the ability of animals to mend fractures within human hearts. Leaving the shelter with Marie in my arms, we stepped into the unknown together. The journey home unfolded in a symphony of excited yips and the rhythmic patter of paws against the pavement. Entering the sanctuary of my coastal abode, I sensed a subtle shift within the confines of

Finding Home: A Twin Shifter Romance

Finding Home: A Twin Shifter Romance

Ten-year-old Bree chimed as Emma looked over her shoulder worriedly. “That’s nice, sweetie. Why don’t you tell me about that mermaid story again?” “I hate that story. Can I tell the one about the wolf?” Bran chimed in. “Wolf?” Patrick asked as Brinna looked out the window and saw another animal running alongside their vehicle. “Yeah, the one that eats the girl in the red hood.” “Mommy, I don’t like that story. It is scary.” Bree snuck at the rolling landscape and saw the scary animal with sharp teeth sneering at her, so she pretended to look forward and saw her parents exchange a look.

I Can't Be Mated to Him

I Can't Be Mated to Him

The mist-deer leak fear pheromones. Only a few wolves are fast enough to catch the beasts. But, unluckily for them, I’m one of the ones who can. I wheel in their direction, lengthening my stride and softening my landings. When Kieran, Candace, and I were very young, Mother used to tell us bedtime stories occasionally. Bedtime story, really. After Finn and Ingrid arrived a few years later, she didn’t have the time, but I can still recite the story off by heart because she retold it the day after my very first shift, and the rhythm of it is perfect for timing a wolf’s strides.
