At least there, I can have peace. When I arrived at the garden, I felt the peace hugging me. 'Finally.' Away from those stabbing gazes, away from that annoying expression of Rosine, away from that indifferent male lead. Amongst the books I brought with me, there's one with an inconspicuous book with a simple red cover. "From One Space to Another" is the title of the book. It is a romance story about a girl who can teleport from one place to another and a boy who was from another parallel universe.

It was my first ever book since I downloaded this w******l app, and it has been my favorite ever since. It tells the story of Carter, the son of a poor farmer in the countryside. Because of how penniless they are, they have to sell Carter—who’s an 18 years old that year—to the capital to work as a guard. His change started when the horse cart that brought him and 12 other village kids got ransacked by a goblin. Every single one of them died except Carter who managed to escape into the forest.

But instead of answering me, he just look at me so I'm pushed to continue my story. "I am not from this world." I stopped as I tried to look at his reaction but I see none. "The world you're living right now, is a fictional. Inside the book and I am not part if it. This book was my favorite book. The story is great and I got the chance to meet the characters. I fell inlove with the male lead and he's my boyfriend now. I'm so lucky, right? But I never know that my luck has a consequences. A hard consequences."

Hadwin said naming the story that changed my life forever due to the King, but Darren only shakes his head in response. “No, it’s a book called The Gruesome Tales, it’s a bunch of gruesome stories comprised into one book. It’s there a story of these flesh eaters live. It’s said there is only one person that can save us all from these creatures, this person is a werewolf like us but was born with amazing powers. It’s said she will go to battle to defeat these creatures and save everyone.” He smiled retelling the story he had read, but for me, this only resembled a nightmare, it was explaining my life.

“Good morning, Arabella.” “Morning,” I said, distracted. She glanced at the book in my hands and smiled. “Something special?” I nodded, though I wasn’t really sure how to explain it. “It’s… yeah. It’s something.” She passed me a plate of fruit and warm bread, already knowing I wasn’t going to sit and eat like a proper person. I muttered a thank you, tucked the plate against my hip, and walked out—still reading. The story was a sweet love story. Between two really different people. It was bittersweet.

She smiled and nodded. “Go ahead, Eliana’s daddy.” With trembling hands, Hunter took the storybook from his daughter and followed her to her room. He sat by the bed while Eliana lay down, hugging her doll. “It’s called The Prince Who Came Back to the Castle,” Eliana said. Hunter opened the first page. “Once upon a time… there was a prince who wandered too far from his castle. He forgot who he was, forgot who he loved… But one day, he came back. And found that his home… had always been waiting for him.”

I grabbed my purse and headed out the door, turning back for my book on the kitchen counter; reading books will forever be my first love. At The Tasty Place Diner I found what might be my new inspiration. He was tall, almost roughed, not too soft. I don’t know what to make of what happened. “Mr. Blackwood,” he had signed my book; who was he? He was light skinned. I usually like men a shade closer to purple. His chest was broad, too broad.
