Spirits of the Night

Spirits of the Night

In the margin of the map, there was a phrase written in faded ink: मेरा द्रुइड मित्र She didn’t fully understand what it meant, but her curiosity grew. Had her mother been there? Or was it just a game, or some secret story she had hidden in the book? Between the stuck pages, Scarlett discovered something else: there was a handwritten story, as if her mother had copied or invented it. “The druid and his forbidden love,” she read softly, intrigued. The story spoke of a powerful druid who lived in a hidden kingdom, a place full of magic and supernatural creatures. The druids had strict rules; they had to protect their world and could never bond with humans. But this druid, unfortunately, broke

Standing before love

Standing before love

Therefore, he was totally uninterested in what they were talking about. “Do you have spirits?” Heather raised her eyebrows at Matthias. She hadn’t drunk spirits for a long time, for everyone drank either red wine or imported wine while discussing things overseas. “I do.” Matthias seldom drank spirits as well, but he kept a few good bottles of spirits at home for decoration. “Let’s drink something different today,” Heather suggested with great interest. One could tell that she was in high spirits today. “I’ll drink with you to the very end,” Matthias agreed readily. He was even willing to drink poisonous wine as long as he had Heather keeping him company.

Hiding His Heir: The Rejected Luna’s Return

Hiding His Heir: The Rejected Luna’s Return

It was the only source of heat in a world that was turning to ice. He looked around the cabin. It was a single room, dominated by a large hearth and a small, fur-covered cot. In the corner, he found a cache of supplies—dried meat, some old blankets, and a wooden shelf lined with dust-covered bottles. He grabbed a bottle and wiped the grime from the label. Star-Fire Spirits. It was a potent, Solaris-made alcohol, distilled from the fermented roots of the sun-lilies. It was known for its ability to warm the blood of a dying wolf.

She's a waitress too, but over time, Ruru assigned her to handle the expensive drinks. "Lisa! Were you not listening to my explanation earlier?" She waved the black cloth she was holding in front of my face. "Top Shelf Liquor can be divided into two categories! Darks and Lights. The Darks include Scotch, Brandy, and Whiskey, while the Lights are Gin, Tequila, and Vodka," she explained once again. I nodded to move the conversation along, her words were barely audible over the DJ's music and the people dancing on the floor.

The Spirit of Abyss

The Spirit of Abyss

When we got home, there was Euri, who was enraged when she spotted Kazuo. I could see she was enraged. I can see the flames erupting from her translucent body. This is a furious Demon! "What is this? Why is there a Ghost hanging around you!?" She exclaimed, actually— She isn't upset that Kazuo is hovering around me. She's undoubtedly upset because I failed to keep my promise to her. I understand how concerned she was; conversing with other spirits is a foolish thing to do. I clapped both of my palms, forcibly smiling against each other.

Life After Prison

After a pause, he continued, "Darling, do you want to come and join me for a drink? I don't mind sharing the spiritual alcohol if you come to sit with us." Sheila gave the man a disgusted look and rolled her eyes. "No. We can order it ourselves." "Haha. Let's see if you can afford it as you say!" At that moment, the waitress interrupted and explained the origin of the spiritual alcohol to Severin and Sheila. "The spiritual alcohol is brewed by the restaurant owner, Kylie. She has attainment. When she's free, she likes to brew her own alcohol. After a long time of research and study, she created this spiritual alcohol. It has spiritual energy in the alcohol and that is the reason for its heft

one of the best novels of this site. well written and great story. The only problem is Monday you get a lot of pages and chapters, and the rest of the week you get a page a day. Come on the author and this site can do better. Really about to stop reading because of this.

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

The Prince Who Was Raised in Hell

" Sebastian Griffith patted the table with a smile. Today, Caspian did not refuse. He immediately filled three glasses and drank them. A drop of this level of spiritual alcohol could make warrior drunk for seven days and a night. Everyone present was slightly drunk, but Caspian's eyes were still bright. Even if it was ten times more, the spiritual alcohol would not make him drunk. This banquet contained a lot of meaning. It was not only a blessing for the promotion of Caspian, but also a blessing for his relocation.

What happened to the original writer of this book? The new writer is a far cry from the first one in terms of style, creativity, dialogue and story telling. He has turned a once very arresting story into a very boring one. It is sad.

His large fingers point to the napkin. “Oh. Um, it’s three shots.” I will myself to meet his eyes. “Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, and Johnnie Walker.” A head tilt now accompanies his smirk. “The Four Horsemen adds a shot of Jameson or Jose Cuervo.” I gulp. “Like the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse.” I prattle on. “You’re an enigma.” “Excuse me?” The more we talk, the more I need my drink.

She was gone in an instant and I stood against the wall and took a deep breath. Sometimes spirits want something from you and when they don’t get it, they get angry. What I failed to mention was that sometimes they hurt me in order to get what they want. Some people that die, especially the ones that die a horrendous death, can’t rest until they have vengeance. They can take over a human body and possess it and make you do things. It wasn’t easy to possess someone like us, especially with our barrier of protection spells against the dead.

Mistaken Surrogate for the Lycan Prince

“His image,” Vera finally said. “And his vices.” Now they were getting somewhere. Isaac tilted his head, keeping his voice light and breezy as he murmured, “Vices? What kind of vices?” Vera glanced toward the palace, as if worried they might be overheard. “He pretends to be so proper, so traditional,” she said, lowering her voice. “But there’s this Lycan liquor he loves—Blue Moon Spirit. It was banned from export to the Werewolf kingdom during the trade disputes a few years ago.”
