Kyra's POV Mark's sharp eyes met my casual and smiling ones as he stood in a confident stance, holding his twin swords in each hand. Both swords were the opposite of each other; one was slender and only as wide as two fingers. It was also long, and its tip was as pointed as a nail's. The other one was thicker and wider, almost as wide as two adults' palms placed together. It was shorter, and the tip was blunt. Both weapons might seem different, but they complement each other quite well. The blunt one only makes use of raw strength and defense, while the other focuses more on speed and agility, making it good for offense and support.

The blade inside was a bright silver, and from just staring at it he could tell the blade was extremely sharp. He tested it by swinging the blade outward and halting it before it touched the walls. “It's so smooth, and light. I like this one.” Rainer took a few more practice swings, it felt like the katana was made for him to use. The grip was perfect, the weight was light, and the length was just right. In the middle of a swing the intercom interrupted his concentration "Number seven hundred, please report to the arena. Your fight is about to begin in twenty minutes. Please be sure to make your final preparations." said the voice

I huffed and walked two spaces away. A glint caught my eye, high on the far wall hung a single sword no one had touched… sleek, curved blade, Japanese in style, deadly elegant. I crossed to it and picked it up letting my fingers glide on the blades sharp edge, it sliced through my skin drawing blood. I gasped, eyes widening in shock at its sharpness as I sucked the blood off my finger.“Majestic isn’t it? the katana” Smith strolled to stand beside me“Is that what it’s called?” I pulled my finger out of my mouth not really paying attention to him and just like I expected, the skin had knitted back together. I healed faster than a normal wolf. Always had.

I admitted. “ So now you understand why I keep my physique the way I do. To wield a katana, you must be just as flexible and agile as it is. Longsword is best for thrusting and parrying while katanas are best suited for cutting and slicing. Is that clear?” I had never seen him serious before. “ I'm going to be teaching you how to use both a longsword and a katana, got it?” “ Yes, Sir,” “ Catch,” he threw a wooden longsword at me. I was able to catch it. “ Let the training begin.”

Nathan then instantly flipped over the air and stands at Zitrey’s side. Slayer smirked from the unexpected hit he receives. He tardily holds his long blade katana while tapping it on his shoulder. The dull part was colored in black while the sharp one was in shiny silver, and in between, they were a dark purple in a zigzag pattern. The weapon was scary enough to make goosebumps, it seems possessed by the shadow of death. Slayer then uttered while staring intently to Nathan, “I will play with you lad. You seem fun.” he then looked at his remaining troupe, “There are still few people upstairs, so babies, kill the rest~”

It was like a shiny diamond necklace. A moment later Sage added, "However, probably the most impressive and specialized of all Asian swords are the Japanese swords, most notably this Katana, which is a single-edged, slightly curved sword with a blade around 2.5'. Tigrani lifted her captives again, but Kenru intervened before they could be thrown to the ground once more. Kenru's movements resembled those of a fierce and swift gust of wind. I, too, was astounded by the brilliant gleam emanating from his sharp katana. Within moments, the katana emerged from its sheath, the blade magnified to an extraordinary size. Kenru wielded the blade in both hands, sweeping it through the air to sever Tigrani's formidable locks. The clash of Kenru's blade against Tigrani's hair produced an explosive burst of energy, resulting in severed strands and splintered trees. Before her brain could respond, Cristine's body reacted. Daris and Jay were dragged in front of her, and the rest were kicked. Cristine evaded the attack. The boys have not yet reacted. Because of the light, the katana's blades sparkle. It was flawlessly polished. If it can effortlessly slice individuals in half, Cristine won't have any doubts. Although the man gave them a cold stare, you can see a slight curve on the edge of his lips. Cristine twitched her lips. She desperately wants to strike the man in front of her at least once.
