Trina tried not to have any more nightmares, she took relaxing lavender scented baths before bed, tried hot milky drinks and even sleeping tablets. Nothing worked the nightmares got worse, she fought and screamed and begged cowering in the corner of the bedroom taking longer and longer to be shaken out of it. DANIELLE'S P.O.V I stirred from my slumber, my eyes blinking open reluctantly. The room was bathed in the soft glow of dawn and a lingering sense of unease clung to me. As consciousness found its way back to me, I felt the sting in my eyes which were heavy from a restless night. My eyes stung as I tried to focus on the familiar surroundings. A few remnants of the nightmares that had plagued my sleep replayed in my mind, their vivid images taunting me.

“For some, I guess I would. Sweetheart, this is not something I would want to bring you into, but I have no other choice.” “I get that. Always trying to protect me. However, this time I think I need to know so I can help you. Something is clearly bothering you.” She said as she looked into the golden pools of his eyes, and she almost forgot why he was there. She had to shake her head, and she knew she could not get distracted by his eyes and the wonders contained in them. “This is not something that is normal, either.” He stated as he looked at her. “A nightmare.”

She knew her nightmare will soon turn to reality and this nightmarish reality will make her life hell. Elena Singh was a 22 years old working woman like every normal women but was her life really normal like others? MY HEAD WAS IN pain because it felt like someone was pulling my mind tighter and tighter, and if they didn't let go soon, it was going to snap. I couldn't do anything about it either since I was still under the nightmare Master’s control, performing for these rich socialites or should I say sadistic assholes. Well, I'm not performing that is the job for the freaks that the night remaster sends me. What Doc doesn't realize is that his ability works, and where most of them are freaks, the nightmare master can't stand the sight of, since they are useless. So he sends them here to perform for these assholes.

I found myself in an unfamiliar bed, and it jolted me awake. The air was filled with the aroma of food. I looked around and found myself in a clean apartment. My clothes weren't changed, thank goodness. Someone texted me. Samuel. 'Working overtime tonight. Happy Valentine's Day, honey.' I scrolled through TikTok. Samuel probably had no idea that I knew his secret account's details. He had a short uploaded. That bastard was having fun with some ladies. They looked fresh and innocent. He had a good eye for them, I guess.

Brad had been feeling sick all week, and that could produce some potent and crazy nightmares. As he reached the top of the stairs and stepped through the doorway, turning on the library light so it would illuminate the hall without having to turn on the overheads, he found himself not in the hallway but at the end of a dingy alley, brick walls on either side, the cracked pavement strewn with trash and broken bottles and other detritus, a dumpster pushed against the right wall, a sickly yellow light shining down from a tilted streetlamp. Brad squeezed his eyes shut and counted to ten, and when he reopened them the hallway was back to normal.
