Strawberry Shortcake Characters Novels & Stories

There was another man in a black suit not too far away too, standing by the cake store. I was looking at him when the girl I had bumped into before rushed over to me. She licked her lips shyly and said, “I bought the strawberry shortcake because you said it was delicious.” “That’s nice,” I said. “You’ll enjoy it.” Then I thought maybe it was about time I started picking up on baking again, especially on making the strawberry shortcake. I had to let the cold emptiness and pain of losing Mom and being without her go at some point, hadn’t I?

Jack asked, frowning because usually, people would order that much for Mont Blanc. “It’s the usual customer, you know. The cancer kid? She wants to celebrate her birthday with her friends and she wishes to eat chocolate cake because she can finally taste it as she’s free from cancer.” “Oh, she’s finally free?” Jack asked, a glint of happiness evident in his eyes. “Well good for her, she had it for so long since 5 years ago.” “You already tell them to give lots of chocolate and some strawberries, right?” Jack added. “About the chocolate one, I already requested it but as for the strawberry.. no, since they only order chocolate cake.”

It's not like we're cooperating to release a Darlie toothpaste. There was the sound of sniffles coming from the corner. He had a weird feeling that she hadn't recovered from the events of that day. When he saw her for the first time, he thought she looked thinner. Had she been crying every night during her stay in Portchester City? In the corner, Charlotte finished half of the script, her throat dry from crying. Suddenly, the waitress approached. "Madam, here's your cake." "I didn't order any cake." "The gentleman over there ordered it for you."

Wasn't she suppose to sit beside him like in the past? "You just came from school? Are you hungry?" He ask her and beckoned a maid on the side. "Eat some snacks to replenish your energy. What do you want? Some chocolate waffles again?" He can still recall the waffles that she always requested. Xiu Ran likes to eat sweets— "No." He was stunned. "No? You're not hungry?" "Hungry." "Then why no? You don't want waffles? But that's your favorite." She went in silence for a second before glancing at the maid.

Brian teased his wife and winked at Gavin. Amber couldn't help but roll her eyes. She made the Strawberry Shortcake last night and somehow it disappeared from the fridge. It wasn't a surprise that Valencia would steal it and declare that Stephanie made it. Her sister couldn't even cook a single egg or toast the bread. Stephanie is a pampered princess and knows nothing but spend on clothes. Just like her mother. Gavin tasted the cake and the flavor is way too familiar. He knew that Stephanie did not make this. He glanced at Amber. Her dirty blonde hair tucked in her ear and he can see the lifeless color in her eyes.

The shop was mostly empty, a quiet comfort. Moments later, Jarred returned with a tray. He set a pink drink and a slice of strawberry shortcake in front of me, and an iced coffee for himself. Hade’s gaze fixed on Jarred, silently asking, what about mine? Jarred just shrugged and sat beside him. Hade rolled his eyes and leaned back in the chair, sulking. "There’s a lot of people here, Hade. Shut up," Jarred muttered through gritted teeth. I took a sip of my drink and nodded appreciatively. Strawberry—sweet but not cloying, just right.

After that, Anna would occasionally see Kim appear in the Five Roses bar as a substitute bartender for those who could not be on duty. “Honey, the table in the corner. This is yours~” Kim placed on Anna’s tray a strawberry cocktail, the light pink color in the glass darkening from the bottom to the rim. On the side of the glass, there is also half a red berry, which looks very delicious. Anna looked at the cocktail in fascination. She did not regret praising Kim. “Miss Kim, this strawberry cocktail is beautiful. Your skills seem to be getting better and better!” Kim heard Anna’s compliment, and she laughed haha, hands patting her enormous chest.

"I'll get the dessert, right away." I came back with the dessert, Eva, Ben and I made. Strawberry-rhubarb upside-down cake. As I was placing the dessert in the middle of the table near Delta Xander, he whispered, "You didn't tell me your name, piccolina." I'm sure almost everyone heard because they gaze at me. Even Alpha Andres from across where I am standing stopped chewing. "Ummm..." I whispered while playing with the strap of my jumper. "My name is Amari."

"What took you so long, man? The party's about to start without you!" Ethan scratched the back of his neck. "Sorry. I had to take care of something." Jason rolled his eyes. "Uh-huh. Something." "Jason," Maxine interrupted while clapping her hands. "Enough already! Let's get this party started!" Everyone cheered, and Lily dimmed the lights before bringing out the cake. I gasped softly, it was the same strawberry shortcake I loved since high school, topped with sparklers and pink frosting. "Happy birthday, Sarah!" they all shouted at once.

Anna and Dalton were busy making the whipped cream for their strawberry shortcake while the biscuits were already cooking in the oven. It was quite apparent that the two absolutely knew what they were doing. The staff had even commented that it looked like they were watching professional bakers in action. On another station, was the Hale family, also wrapped in their own bubble. They were making peach cobblers. The Hales’ very own family recipe. Archie seemed to be enjoying himself and was even really helpful. It looked like he forgot about his little episode with his cousin, Nora, earlier.
