Strike The Blood Kiriha Novels & Stories

And still I couldn't do anything to ruin her after she tried to ruin my life as well as my marriage. Kira now stood across from me, blood dripping down her arm and forehead, but her eyes still burned with that same look as she grinned. “Is that all you’ve got?” I said, breathing hard. “I thought you were stronger.” She said nothing. So I ran at her again, clumsy but fast. I moved in and this time, I didn’t hold back. I caught her with a hard strike to the side. Then another—one she didn't even dare to dodge. How could she when I was this fast? I poured every last ounce of rage into my movements.

Number Seven screamed. Kira threw the severed arm aside and grabbed Number Seven by the throat. Just like she'd done to Zara. Just like she was about to do to all of us. "You can't absorb what you can't kill," Kira said calmly. She drove her fist through Number Seven's chest, pulled out the heart, and crushed it. Number Seven collapsed, twitching. Dying. Kira turned to face Numbers Nine and Twelve, not even breathing hard. Black blood dripped from her hands.

Ronan's forces began to climb. "Repel them!" Kira shouted. I dropped the bow and grabbed the sword I'd taken from the traitor. A wolf crested the wall in front of me, snarling. I didn't think. Just struck, exactly like Kira had drilled into me during training. The blade caught him across the throat. Blood sprayed hot across my face. He fell backward off the wall, taking two more climbers with him. I didn't have time to process what I'd done. Another wolf appeared. Then another.

“You… you…” This person had always been by Gladys’ side, and he had even taught Kirin some skills before. In fact, Kirin should be calling him master. At this moment, Kirin started laughing oddly, “Bwahahaha!” He then furiously stabbed the knife into the fighter’s neck. Blood started spewing out, staining his white shirt red. At the same time, Lyra’s face was also splattered with blood. Her heart trembled. “Kirin, you!”

She looked around, trying to figure out what had happened, and then she saw it - a figure lying on the ground, surrounded by a pool of blood. Kiara's heart raced as she got out of her car and approached the figure cautiously. As she got closer, she realized that the figure was a man, pale and lifeless. She knelt down beside him, trying to see if he was still breathing, but it was too late - he was already dead. Suddenly, the man's eyes opened, and Kiara screamed as he lunged at her, biting her neck. She tried to fight him off, but he was too strong. She felt her life slipping away as he sucked the blood from her veins, and then everything went black.

She decides to follow Kir to see what was going on. As Linaria reaches the hall she fails to stifle a chuckle at the sight before her. There was Kir, pinning a man against the wall as she sucked his blood, and then there was Benny…lying on the floor near their feet, passed out and unaware. Kir looks up at Linaria and quickly backs away from her prey.

Firoza had screamed in pain, quickly turning to strike at Elena with all she had. The two fell from the sky. Elena landed with a heavy thud. She tried to avoid the attack, but it was late for her. Firoza had struck her with lightning covered with blue flames. The attack had gone through her whole body, leaving her in pains far worse than the ones she had previously gone through. She wasn't sure if she screamed, but her throat felt hoarse.

Slowly, he went down, and his blood filled the arena ground. The crowds roar with excitement, and I know that I have slaughtered one of their main players again. I retraced my steps back to Kira's position and squatted beside her. Blood was dripping from her mouth, and I was sure she had sustained a hell of a lot of injuries. I put her in a bridal style and walked towards the edge of the arena ground, where I was sure that nothing would happen to her.

He pivoted smoothly on his heel, parrying a third scimitar with a deafening, white-hot spark before driving his iron-shod boot directly into the attacker's ribs, sending him tumbling thirty feet down the gorge. Beside him, Kira dismounted in a sweeping, graceful arc, drawing her northern shortsword as her eyes flared with incandescent starlight. A southern assassin lunged for her exposed shoulder from behind, but Kira didn't even turn her head. She raised her left palm backward, unleashing a concentrated beam of divine royal light that burned clean through the assassin's shoulder plate, cauterizing muscle and armor in an instant and throwing him backward into the snow.

"Blood." "Fresh." Kael opened his eyes. "Hers?" "No." "Human." "Male." Another pause. "The scent matches Marcus Holt's file." *Marcus.* He turned. The wind hit his jacket. Pulled at him. And for a moment he allowed himself to feel the full shape of what was coming. The moon. The marking. The woman who had arrived in his town carrying a bloodline that would draw every old enemy he had straight to her door. She had come here looking for her brother.
