A child who is dead and not breathing… Am I looking at the right thing or am I hallucinating? I heard Hannah crying. The kind of cry that sounds like she was grieving. I knew about it… because I had experienced it before. I knew how it feels, and I am somehow… scared that she might lose her mind because of it. I looked at Tyrone and felt confused. Why does he have this kind of look on his face? As if he is also in pain, and the shock plastered on his face was making me feel so stupid. Why? Does he feel that way because as a father, it hurts? Or is he feeling something entirely different?

His dark eyes were half-lidded, unfocused, staring at the ceiling. "Kai!" I screamed over the roar of the engine, tears blurring my vision so badly I nearly clipped a curb. "Kai, look at me! Stay with me! Please, don't leave me! I beg you, keep your eyes open!" "Signorina!" Marcus yelled from the back, his voice strained as he tried to steady Kai while the SUV swayed dangerously across lanes. "You're spiraling! You're crying too much—you're going to crash us! We won't make it to the hospital at this rate!"

Her cries carried a mixture of fear, confusion, and heartbreak. Panic seized Emily as the engine of Stefano's car roared back to life and resonated through the lonely night. She called out to him, her voice pleading, desperate to cut through the growing silence, "Stefano! Please, don't go! I'm sorry! Please, don't leave me here!" Emily's cries were raw with emotion. Her hands beat against the closed window.

Without warning, I heard a pitiful sound and I swerved my head to the side. Dios! I can’t believe she is crying. Over this or something else? I urgently moved the car to the side to put into park and then without breaking a sweat, I gathered my woman into my arms. “Hey Babes, don’t cry. Please. Not now.” I muttered pleadingly but if she heard my plea, she gave no sign. “Oh okay. Can you just tell me what it is? What I can do to make you stop?” At this point I was ready to do anything.

My dad was gone and I'd never going to see him again. What kind of life is waiting for me here? “Are you alright, hun?” The kind-looking cab driver asked when he heard me crying. I just nodded and wiped my tears, willing myself to stop crying. I was glad the driver didn't pursue talking to me but occasionally peeked through the rear mirror to check on me. He looked concerned, but still, I would want him to just leave me alone since I was not in the mood for any conversation. I stared out through the window to avoid the curious driver's eyes. We were traveling for the past forty minutes when the car suddenly made a rumbling sound, then the car slowly died down at the side of the road.

But I keep on sucking. To keep from crying out any louder, you put your fist in your mouth and scream into it. Your thighs quivered and shake and you gasped for breath. Crying out to me now: "SUCK ME!! SUCK ME!! SUCK ME HARDER!! YOU HAVE TO SUCK ME HARDER! HURT ME BABY!!. SUCK ME!! SUCK ME!! SUCK ME!! SUCK ME HARDER!!! OHHH GOD BABY!! HARDER! HARDER! HARDER DAM IT!! I get in the car, then I put my head on the steering wheel and I cry for a long time. "What is going on my God?"

She didn't answer anymore and continued her strides away from that dirty house. She treads her way out at the fastest speed her legs and feet can handle. That was too much for her to hear and now she'll never not be reminded of it. She rode a taxi and pretended to herself that she's fine, that it's ok. But in the end, loud cries echoed inside the car. The driver could only give her some tissues but of no use at how heavy her tears oozed. She cried and cried while pressing her chest because it has gotten so compressed. She can barely breathe.
