Leonardo’s POV In the end, I still got engaged to Katrina. At the engagement party, Katrina smiled like a blooming rose. I stood beside her, holding a glass of champagne, forcing a perfect smile at the camera. The moment the flash went off, I suddenly thought of a summer like this many years ago. The sea breeze on Hill Valley carried a salty scent. Violet stood barefoot on the beach, turning back to shout at me, “Leonardo, come look! This crab is so stupid!”

"It's about Summer. They want to discuss her presence in the kingdom." Dominic tore open the seal, his eyes scanning the contents of the letter quickly. As expected, it was a formal summons from the Elders, requesting his presence at their council within the next three days to address the 'issue' of Summer. "They're concerned about the alliance between the Lycans and the werewolves," Coleman added, though Dominic had already pieced that much together. "They see Summer as a potential threat." River grumbled. "Or work," Summer continued loudly. "I might go there for research. I want to write a book about Antarctica." Seeing Summer's annoyed expression, Louis' face turned sour. These actions made Capri easily forget the fact that she still did not trust him fully.
