Summoned To Another World For A Second Time Characters Novels & Stories

Precisely that. “So,” I say, snapping my eyes back to Life, my promise to leave the subject alone rather falling to the wayside. “He can come back to my world?” I ask, pointing at Tony. “And he won’t fade away or anything?” “Your world has different rules,” Life says, crossing her arms over her chest and raising an eyebrow, studying her son. “He won’t be corporeal – at all – and will have even less presence than he does here. But he can go – ghosts have found their way to that world before, he won’t be the first.”

" The surrounding people started to whisper, hearing the result, But that did not affect the middle-aged man as he gestured Ellias to leave the pond. ___ A few years later In the holy church of the city of Light, a summoning of a person from another world took place. They always perform the ritual regularly, the summoning occurs once every 50 years. People who were summoned to this world were always children and didn't have any powers, but they grew even faster. They have always been strong heroes even though they didn't have any strength at first. Even if it was only with the same training as the average soldier, their development couldn't be compared. At that time, Wull and Maretus were separated by the holy church. Maretus was given special training with other world humans, even though he is a native of this world.

Kays studies me with narrowed eyes for a few seconds, thinking. “Even if that happens, I can’t send you back,” he says while watching the dying flames. His words disappoint me. “I’m not strong enough. And jumping between worlds isn’t that easy,” the brunette explains. “To return, someone from your world would have to summon you — and you’d have to accept the invitation. Just like you ended up here by accepting one, it works the same the other way.” “Like… a phone call,” I think to myself. “What?” the guard doesn’t understand.

“What did it choose?” Amara smiled through her tears. “You.” Lucian’s heart stopped. Then the child spoke again. “I choose both.” A shockwave exploded. The First Hunger screamed. The Blood Moon turned brilliant gold. And suddenly— a doorway appeared behind Lucian and Amara. Beyond it stood a world they had never seen. A world without cycles. Without death. Without creators. Without gods. A world waiting for them. Eve whispered: “The final world.” Lucian stared at the doorway.

Their world was being pulled toward him. The floor beneath them began disappearing. Not breaking. Not collapsing. Disappearing. The white ground became transparent. Beyond it was an endless darkness. And within that darkness were countless worlds. Millions. Billions. Each one contained a different Evelyn. Different Lucians. Different Elis. Different versions of Kael. Different lives. Different deaths. Evelyn stared. "How many worlds?" Kael whispered, "All of them." The father spoke. "Every world you created." Evelyn's heart sank.

His voice was barely above a whisper. I nodded. "After you died, a supernatural being appeared to me. It told me I could rewrite fate, that I could go back in time and save you. I agreed… but I didn’t know the price I had to pay. Instead of being sent back in time, I was sent to another world. This world." Marcus’s mouth fell open slightly. He looked like he wanted to say something, but no words came out. "It was hard for me to believe too," I continued. "But then I found out the price I had to pay for this second chance." I hesitated before saying the words that made my stomach turn. "To have you back, I had to kill the me of this world."

“We can’t just leave it!” “If we stay, we all die,” he snapped. He tapped his comm. “Liora, extraction— now!” The team converged, battered and breathless. The summoning sigil activated beneath their feet, flaring bright blue against the corrupted air. The creature reached toward them one last time — and Avery felt it again. That awful, familiar tug in her soul. As the light swallowed them, she heard its whisper — clear and intimate. “You were mine once. You will be again.” Then the world vanished.

Before I could open my eyes, the System’s voice cut through. “Correction. The records show that you completed your quest two hours ago. You are hereby awarded a second chance at life and a great fortune in your original world.” I was surprised that I had succeeded. The System chimed, “Indeed, all four targets have attained complete devotion to you. “But they have gone berserk upon finding your remains. Do you want to go back to them? “That reality of the quest world will likely shatter as the four male leads are in ruin.” Thinking back to my experience in the world, I shook my head.

And they were all staring right at me. “You see us,” one of them said, stepping forward. His voice was calm, almost too calm, but there was something firm underneath, something that sent a shiver down my spine. “Good.” I swallowed hard, my throat dry. “Who are you?” “We’re the ones who’ve been calling to you,” another answered. “The only ones who still exist beyond.” I frowned. “Calling to me? What do you mean?” They exchanged glances before the first one spoke again. “You’re tethered, Sierra. You exist between worlds in a way no one else does. That’s why you can hear us. Why you can see us.”
