Marked under the blood moon

Marked under the blood moon

"So if he thinks something is wrong, I listen." That didn't make me feel better. We stood there quietly for a moment. Then Kael pushed away from the railing. "Come. I'll show you the rest of the grounds." We walked down the stone path from the cliff. It led us back toward the main area of the pack. Wolves moved around doing their normal daily work. Some were repairing fences. Others carried supplies. A few children ran through the open areas playing games. Life in Nightfall seemed busy but organised. Very different from Silvermoon.

The Moon's Embrace

The Moon's Embrace

The shift from Omega Daycare Worker to Alpha Jasper's forced Luna was horrid. Elegance training was off the rocker. There were so many stupid rules that apparently everyone would pay attention to. I've had my hands smacked with a ruler so many times that I'm surprised I'm not bleeding. My hands ached and shook when I placed things down now. I spilled a drop of tea and got smacked, AGAIN! A SINGLE DROP!

Blood and moonlight

Blood and moonlight

The trees leaned as though trying to flee. ⸻ Day Seven. The final countdown. Ava stood by the ancient ruins, the wind wrapping around her like a cloak. Achi joined her, his body tense but steady. “We started this with fear,” she said, her voice clear, “but we’ll finish it with truth.” Behind them, Marcus and Darius watched in silence. Neither dared speak. The ground itself seemed to breathe with anticipation. The Blood Moon began to rise—larger than ever, swollen and pulsing with power. Its red light painted the world in warning.

Moon Glow Luna

Moon Glow Luna

He raised his head at Matt at the alarming question raised. "That should be this full moon." Alpha Andrea finally answered even with Fiona's intent to intrude, I smirked behind my puffy face from the food I was trying hard to masticate. "Oh I see, that is perfect timing, the season of the Moon Goddess, blessing the Aloha and his Luna, we could have what such auspicious date, but we're so engrossed in each other that as a common Gemma and Omega we choose a normal day." Matt let out his hand scrolling through his phone and Alpha Andrea's eyes were red, and the redness I could see calming to purple anytime soon.

The Moon's Descendant

The Moon's Descendant

Artemis whispered, “Now you listen to me, only my sound. Keep big breaths and think of moon” I pictured the moon in my mind, its shape and colour. I saw its pale shape sitting in the clear blue sky during the daylight. Then I pictured the moon in the night sky, surrounded by stars. I saw the light that it brings and could feel the glow on my skin. A flush of light air blew over my body, I felt weightless and peaceful.

The story is really good! The writer seemed to be learning how to tell the story from two perspectives. At first the author rewrote whole scenes but listened to readers and adapted it a little better. Still some time jump with perspective changes. Zelena has so many powers it seems a lil contrived.

This book was so well written! it caught my attention from the start and kept me hooked continuously! Some parts got confusing during the 2 POVs when something happened in 1 but not the other. If this was published on paper I'd buy it. What a fantastic read ! well done ! Im off to read part 2 ☺️

 Snow Luna

Snow Luna

Knox grumbled. “Of course I know, dumbass. I just slipped. You think you’re smarter than me, huh? Don’t forget, I helped you during that meeting when you didn’t even know what a mate bond was.” Knox rolled his eyes. “That was years ago.” “Yeah, and it’s still glued to your record. Hah!” “Whatever. And stop laughing like a lunatic.” Night had fallen. The moon hung low and bright, its silver light filtering through the trees. Knox walked quietly to the edge of the forest. Pack warriors were patrolling, but he moved with stealth, ducking behind trees until he reached the deeper forest.

Bright Moon Clouded by Storms

Bright Moon Clouded by Storms

The priceless diamond ring slipped from Barrett's fingers, bouncing sharply against the cold marble floor. The joyful atmosphere in the cathedral froze instantly. The guests' whispers died out as every eye locked onto the groom, whose face had drained of color. Barrett's gentle façade shattered into a feral, rabid panic. He lunged forward and gripped the guard by the collar, his voice shaking. "What did you just say? Say it again!" "B-boss..." the guard stammered, paralyzed by fear. "A tsunami slammed into the island right after we dropped her off. The water swallowed everything. We couldn't get back in time."

Pregnant For The Ruthless Alpha But Secretly An Heiress

Pregnant For The Ruthless Alpha But Secretly An Heiress

"I’ve been called many things, little one. But for you, I’m the answer to all your problems." “What are you doing here?” I asked, stepping closer. “Are you following me?" She vanished. "Huh?” Just like that. And then reappeared right in front of me. I stumbled back. “What the hell—” She extended a wrinkled hand towards me. In her palm was a leaf. Not just any leaf. It glowed under the moonlight like it had been kissed by the stars. “This is a Moonlight Drop,” she said softly. “These only fall when the moon kisses them goodnight. They hold power, especially for those tormented by dreams.”

Moon Glow

Moon Glow

While the plant provides power for most of the state, it does not require that many employees to run it so the town remains small. Amaris threw off the plain white sheets and rolled out of the twin bed that lay nestled against the wall and in the corner of the room. When she was a child, Amaris would push the bed back against the wall every night so that she could lay at the foot of her bed and look out her window at the moon. There was nothing more beautiful than the sight of the full moon in all her glory.

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

Rejected by My Mate, Fated to the Lycan King

Just in case I scream again. I don't plan to. Not tonight. Tonight, I'm not even looking for answers. I'm just walking. Circling the clearing. Letting my thoughts spin and burn. The moon hangs low, swollen and covered. It's been weird for days. Showing up where it shouldn't, too big, too red, then too pale, then suddenly gone. Like it's watching us but forgetting how to stay solid. Then I trip. Not over a branch. Not a rock. Something soft, crumbling at the edges. I drop down fast, heart hammering.
