Surrogate For The Ruthless Billionaire Novels & Stories

she said simply. I stared at her, waiting for the punchline. When it didn’t come, I laughed, a short, bitter sound. "Is this some kind of joke?" "Not at all," she said in all seriousness. "The man in question is a billionaire. He needs a wife, and we need someone desperate enough to take the deal. And Y-O-U, my dear, fits the bill perfectly." The words stung, but I couldn’t deny the truth in them. I was desperate. Homeless. Heartbroken. Seeking revenge.

She spoke so strong like she was the mother. I scratched my head awkwardly not knowing what to say. " See I didn't do anything that will make us start hiding for the rest of our lives at least. I only made a deal with a billionaire and he gave me the money,". " A deal?". " Yes, I made a deal with a big shark and that's how I can about that huge amount of money, are you not satisfied with my answer"?. I asked pulling on her cheeks. Favour eyed me suspiciously and asked to confirm.

I glanced over at Caspian, who stood idly by, seemingly lost in his own world. “I'm leaving no stone unturned in my relentless pursuit of that elusive and cunning woman, Ajax. Don't worry," he reassured her, his voice laced with a soothing tone that gently caressed her anxious heart. I found myself on bended knee, fervently beseeching the heavens for divine intervention. My heart yearned for Caspian's unwavering determination to lead him to her, like a bloodhound on a scent. I vividly remember the moment Rue nestled up next to me. He held the reins of the financial realm within my company. However, it feels as though even the tiniest billion I carefully stashed away in my luxurious penthouse

His expression was as clinical as a surgeon’s about to remove a limb. "You’re embarrassing me," he whispered, his voice dripping with a Lagos-born cruelty that he usually saved for boardrooms and back-alley executions. "A dormant wolf is a parasite, Zora. I’ve spent two decades feeding a girl who gave nothing back to the pack. No shift, no power, no prestige. Tonight, I’m finally getting a return on my investment. At least try to look like you’re worth a billion, or I’ll personally ensure the Council sends you to a labor colony in the salt mines instead of a billionaire's penthouse."

September Thorne is a name to be feared and complimented in the whole city. At a very young age, he was able to beat old and experienced businessmen. His empire just keeps on growing and growing as time goes by. He's just plainly unstoppable. It was like someone handed him a dull and rusty knife and now he was able to use this as a sharp and fear-consuming sword. He can just take down any business around the city, and almost everyone was aware that his connection outside the boundaries of the city also should never be underestimated. "I'll count. Ten counts, and if you won't voluntarily show yourself, there's no way I'll leave you with any leeway after this."

I smiled sinisterly. “Yes, we’re going to do a good deed this time.” I knew the billionaire was not going to let her go like that. He was a forceful and narcissistic person. Goodness knows what he would do, just to get her. He might even hurt those around her for his greed.

“A scheming unwanted gold digger? A shameless, bad mannered opportunist? Your words or hers?” He didn’t make an attempt to answer, which was by moral worse than if he had. Whatever made him to become stone hearted still surprised me. I know that his title; the ruthless billionaire didn't fall out of the sky. He actually earned the room, but I thought what we had would make him change; that he would change for me. “Do you know what’s more pathetic than yourself?” I said, my chest heaving uncontrollably. “You swallowing everything you heard in, believing a rumor before believing me.”

I asked him, already getting angry. But then he chuckled lightly and stood up from his seat. He walked up to me and placed his hands on my shoulders. “Because this man, this billionaire who you so much want to be a surrogate for, is not who he seems. He’s a very dangerous person and there’s more to it than that. But I can’t say,” he said.

He had already done his worst, the way I see it I should just give him a piece of mind. “Right now you're like a kid stung by an ant that decides to crush it to pieces, even if it can't hurt him” I said sniffling my nose. “ I've heard so much about the billionaire behind the scenes. Ruthless and known for hard deals and also a playboy. I've seen enough to know that the playboy thing is not true, but I see the man behind the mask. All you've got is mummy issues you can't bring yourself to deal with…”

"Oh, please! I'm nothing like those sickly annoying cliches the teenagers fawn about. Tell me one thing that's cliche about me, I dare you." I smirked at him. "Hmm... let's see." I thought for a while and made a show of counting my fingers as I started listing out. "For one, you're that cliched youngest billionaire, the most eligible bachelor." I made finger quotation gesture at that. "And oh, how can I forget the arrogant, rude, ruthless, cold, stone-hearted, cru-"
