After Her Wild Dawn

After Her Wild Dawn

Blinking my eyes open, I saw Silvia right there, pointing at a battered man by the door, gasping in surprise. "Joanna! Could this be the down-and-out heir? You know, like in those stories where the heroine saves a wounded guy, and he turns out to be some rich dude with amnesia. And then, bam–she's marrying into money and moving up in the world!" Silvia's excitement seemed like a distant dream. Had I been given another shot at life? In my previous life, it was around then that Silvia and I, coming home from work, found a man sprawled at our doorstep. Silvia was convinced it felt like a scene pulled from a novel.

Eclipsed Hearts: The Chronicle of Shadows and Stars

Eclipsed Hearts: The Chronicle of Shadows and Stars

Chapter 95 Heiress Crowned Morning broke across Dawnspire with a sky painted in molten gold and violet, as if the heavens themselves had been scorched by the fire of the Starforge. The air carried the scent of ash and rain, a mingling of ruin and renewal. Serenya Vale stood at the heart of the shattered courtyard, her cloak torn, her hair loose and glinting with the faint shimmer of starlight that had not faded since the forge claimed her.

DEVIL AT MORNING DAWN

DEVIL AT MORNING DAWN

I was so excited; I had earned enough, and my brother wasn't going to drop out of school, feeling fulfilled. ‘Hello, Daphne,’ with a smile spread across my lips, I jumped towards her. ‘I did it!’ I uttered those words as we both jumped joyfully around the dressing room. She cleared her throat all of a sudden. ‘Tobias seeks your presence, one bad news,’ she uttered. The name of Tobias sent a shiver down my spine. ‘What? I thought he wouldn't come to the club today,’ my mind began to race in fear, knowing what might happen if I'm not careful.

Mated to Three Alphas

Mated to Three Alphas

It was Dominic, arriving not with the break of dawn but under the cover of night, his intentions shrouded in darkness. As I pushed open the creaking door, I was met by Rowan, his face glistening with sweat and his sword already drawn in anticipation of the impending conflict. His urgent command for me to stay inside fell on deaf ears as I defiantly reached for the dagger concealed beneath my cloak. The palpable tension in the air, accentuated by the thunderous blows resonating from outside and the piercing screams, only fueled my determination to join the fray.

Wanted by her Mates.

Wanted by her Mates.

I didn’t need to look at it twice to know that it was Dawn and from how crazed her eyes were, I deduced that her wolf had smelt the pungent rotten-flesh like smell associated with these vampires, and because she wasn’t used to how our world worked, her wolf had immediately gone into attack mode after sensing the presence of another predator. Ryan also ran into the room just then but upon seeing that the Elders were still around and Dawn was charging at them, he froze for a second before he sprung into action. My eyes widened as he threw himself between her and the Elders, which were now on their feet, waiting, as if expecting her to pounce. And I knew that that was a bad idea because she was

The Chosen One

The Chosen One

Dark enchantment simmered like a firestorm across her blade, oozing and coated with dark matter that seemed like it was alive and slithering towards the ends of her sword. Watching Diana's new sword, Wenally's anger flooded her veins as rage quickened her blood, knowing that Andrew Lawvosky's blood was darker than the crawling matter on her sword. “Coward!” Wenally growled, pushing her sword hard against Diana to throw her off balance. Wenally drew a circle pattern in the air with her sword. The flaming, dark circle pulsed once, and then the entrance to the camp opened. Dozens more of the feral soldiers poured inside, rushing at Andrew and some towards them.

I replied, still chuckling at being found out. As he handed the sword back to me, I felt a swell of emotion in my chest. "Well, I named this black beauty Umbra because it carries a sense of mystery and darkness," I explained, feeling a newfound confidence in sharing my thoughts with him. "Meanwhile, I named the white one 'Dawn' because it represents light, hope, and new beginnings. Together, they create a compelling contrast, reflecting the dual nature of the swords and the balance between light and shadow. It's a fitting combination for two powerful and complementary weapons, isn't it?" I asked, eager for his approval. Father nodded, his eyes shining with pride. "A wonderful name indeed," h

Dark Moon

Chapter Thirteen I woke up to the sunshine steaming through the window. I let out a yawn and stretched my tired body out. My arms still ached from all the work from yesterday. I jumped out of the bed and quickly washed then got dressed. I could not afford upset the alpha anymore. I knew full well that if I wasn't up and making breakfast for the pack, then I would be beaten again. I prepared pancakes and helped the other omegas to set up the dining hall. It was almost seven am before we had finally got everything completed.

Protect Me, Alpha King

Protect Me, Alpha King

He was pertaining to Dawn. Until now, one was fooled into believing I was a noble. The clothes, indeed, were a great help. Dawn was a noble. Not me. But I had to keep it a secret if I didn't want to jeopardize her safety. Gripping my wrist tightly so I won't run away, he whistled at his comrades as if signaling we were utterly overpowered. The one fighting Dawn smiled and pulled out his sword on the brink of stabbing Dawn. The man fighting the coachman followed after.

I wish the chapters were longer and had more actions in it... if it was not so damn interesting plot, I would have stopped reading it ages ago. By the way what happened to Sir Elijah? he totally disappeared from the book.

Infinite Dawn

Though they're still looking doubtful, they nodded in response. "Your turn, Caius." I called him. He quickly stepped forward and unsheathed his sword. "Pleased to offer you this, my princess." He grinned teasingly so I gave him a scowl. That was so cheesy. And he only chuckled. I ran my fingers through the flat surface of the blade and it instantly glowed like a strike of lightning. "Done." I proudly smiled. Caius scrutinized the blade with amazement. "Awesome," Caius gasped.
