she whispered, her face flushing as she snapped back to her senses. He continued to move his hands over her body, moving from her waist to her arms. He straightened her elbows and placed his large, warm hands over hers to strengthen her grip on the weapon. He leaned his face down, his jaw almost touching her shoulder. "Focus," he said, his voice deep and steady. "The only thing standing between you and anything you want to achieve in life is your mindset. When you learn to control your mind, you control your thoughts. And when you control your thoughts, you control your life."

Life is like a roller coaster of unexpected changes, you never know when it will hit you or when it will take over you, at this point, I feel like it had just hit me and is about to take over me but I won't let that happen. Life has done me a lot of bad, it's time I take control and decide on what it cannot do to me.

"You look smart then why are you behaving like a stupid person..." "Then what do I do?..." He asked frustratingly. "Go somewhere else, leave the people who are trying to pull you down or hold you back. Whenever you think you lost everything always remember that it's not the end it's just a new beginning. People can only hold you back as much as you let them. So go back and take control of your life.." He smiled listening at her words. "I didn't thought someone from mafia can encourage someone to live. Who told you all these things..."

"Everything you've been containing tonight." His jaw clenches. Then releases. "Control is how I survived," he says finally, his voice low. "Not just professionally. Everything. My father was chaos—violent, unpredictable, there one day and gone the next. The streets were chaos. The foster system was chaos." He looks at his hands on the table. "I clawed my way out of all of it by controlling every variable I could reach. My actions, my emotions, my financial future,.my relationships." He pauses. "I only let people into my life if I could manage the terms, the parameters, and the boundaries."

I kept thinking "I don't think I have a say over my life any longer, he literally controls my life the moment I step into his restaurant. Do I even get to decline the offer? Do I even have the guts to go against him? God why does he have so much control over my life in the first place? Why do I fear him so much? It's my life I can do anything I want with it, This the 21st century one obnoxious arrogant jerk cannot just come from anywhere and control my life like he owned it. It's high time I stopped taking all this shit. How I made it past infancy, I’ll never understand. This was hardly my first time in this situation, but I’ll be damned if it’s not my last. I’ve let the adults in my life control me for far too long, it’s over. Today, I take control of my life. I answer only to my wolf, whenever he finally comes.
