"Alpha Damian, so nice to see you," Alpha Killian stood up and walked closer to me, extending his hand out to me. "Nice to see you too, Alpha Killian." I faked a smile and received his hand into a handshake.

“He hated chaos. You… you enjoy it.” Damon’s grin widened, sharp and wicked. “Smart girl. Yeah, I do. Keeps life interesting.” He wiped the last bit of blood off his cheek with the back of his hand, but his eyes never left mine. “Most Alphas want peace. Order. I want the edge. The fight.
