Alpha Rowland stood at the center, his posture calm, but unreadable. I stepped in. All conversation died. “Mira,” Alpha Rowland said, voice calm but commanding. “Come forward.” I walked to the center of the room, standing tall despite the weight of their gazes. My fingers itched with nervous energy, but I kept them steady. “This is the daughter of Samantha,” Rowland announced. “You all know the story. What you may not know is the truth that time tried to bury.” One of the elders leaned forward, eyes narrowed. “Are you claiming her as your own, Alpha?”

Her fake moans quickly turned into begging and pleading for more, real fast, but by then, I was bored with her. I remember when I first heard about the daughter of Alpha Henry. They expected her to be the blessed shimmer wolf, and I had recently escaped from prison. I was a hunted man, but I needed to continue the growth of my original plan. The fastest way to claim what was owed to me was to claim a blessed female. Once I did, I could breed her nonstop until the Goddess conceded and left me alone.

Tom asked me. “They’ve done unspeakable things to her, I can smell the scent of males and my wolf can feel the years of pain that lives in her. It over takes her natural scent.” I said and Alec growl was so menacing it made my knees feel weak. Its hard to not react when your alpha is angry, even when it’s not aimed at you. Tom sighed. “That poor girl. I will consult with the others and get back to you Alpha.” Tom said and left, his footsteps echoing.

"Now." The pair backed toward the door, the man's eyes never leaving mine. "The rogue Alpha sends his regards," he said softly. "He's been looking for the one that he had chosen to be his for a very long time. Especially after we tested the blood of the one that was dressed as Alpha Matthew and Luna Elena Graystone's daughter and sister of their Alpha Kenneth Arthur Graystone." The door chimed as they left, but the tension in the room remained, thick and suffocating.

I threatened, and I wasn't bluffing. "Now what do you want to say?" The alpha drawled, cutting me off in the process. "I'm not staying here," I said again, this time with a fierceness I never knew I had. "You do not have a choice here woman, you can only leave here once you’ve paid me the money your Dad owes me." He snapped. “He’s not even my dad!” I yelled in frustration, “you should’ve taken his own daughter and not me!”

She chuckles again as she answers, “The female Alphas only want to ensure their daughters are safe; you have the power to help them, Soren; the only reason you haven't is that you lacked the motivation to as you thought you would never have a daughter. So now, my dear brother, you will pray to the moon goddess. Ask her for forgiveness for not doing anything to help her daughters and beg her to help you.” I watch as Teena pushes her chair back and stands to leave when her hand touches the door handle, I ask,

“MATE. OURS. NEED MATE!* He continually yelled, clawing at me relentlessly, each time her thoughts floated in my head. Suddenly, I felt another tap and immediately knew that whatever was about to be said had something to do with me. “And while we are trying to find him, our Alpha is sheltering his daughter instead of torturing her so she would speak of the whereabouts of her father.” I snarled at her words but despite my annoyance, there was no denying that she was only telling the truth. I should be harsh. She was, after all, the daughter of the enemy. But the memory of her tears and the intimacy we shared continually haunted me. “My plans are mine to carry out,” I snapped at her, straighte

She gave me a conspiratory wink. I blinked. Once. Twice. “Wait, are you talking about Trish?” “Ah, you’ve met her. Isn’t she lovely?” I didn’t think my jaw could be so far down on the floor but it was. “Trish is your Fated Mate’s daughter?” “Yes.” A small frown slowly appeared on Tiffany’s smooth forehead. “I don’t think the Ethereal would allow outsiders to come inside their territory although, of course, you are an exception with you being the Alpha’s Fated Mate.”

The Alpha’s gaze lingered on me, as if he could read every thought running through my head. “I know it’s hard to believe, given the circumstances... but she’s still one of us. She needs you,” he said, swallowing hard. “We finally brought her back. Finally...” There was pain and relief in his voice. “At what cost?” I asked, letting the anger mix with the hurt. “At what cost did we bring her back? Third pov: The princess was far too powerful. She appears to be one of the new turn wolves' stronger members. The Alpha had no idea his daughter was so powerful that she knocked out all of his formidable guards. Despite this, the princess had no idea what she done. The Alpha itself couldn’t do anything. He doesn't want anything to harm to his daughter. As the princess utilized her power on the alpha, he did not fight back. The princess, however, fled after he was wounded and pushed to the ground. Someone entered the room. When the Alpha spotted his Beta and his guard, he smiled.
