Unfortunately, although he excelled in everything else, humor wasn’t his forte. At nights, they had no choice but to talk in hushed tones or via text. They stayed indoors but Ecto tapped her phone’s compass and could tell its exact orientation anytime. On her phone’s screen, he would show Kate a whole planetarium of stars, planet and nebulae, swimming wherever in the sky she pointed her gadget. Ecto also accompanied the show with a narration of the names of all the constellations and even the myths about them: King Cepheus, Lyra, Hercules, Arctophylax or Boötes the Hunter, Ursa Major, Draco the Dragon…

The Billionaire's Ex-wife is untouchable now

“That one… Orion’s Belt. My father once showed me. Those three stars in a row, perfectly aligned.” Lucian followed her gesture, his fingers brushing the back of her hand as he traced the air above them. “And there, that’s Cassiopeia. My grandmother once told me the story. A queen, vain and punished by the gods, hung forever in the sky.” “Of course you’d know the one about vanity,” Isla murmured, laughing under her breath. Lucian smirked, the corner of his mouth twitching a bit. “And you’d know the one about warriors. Seems fitting.”

Hiding the Twins from Their Billionaire Father

"Yes, if our child is a boy, I want him to be dashing like me." "You're so confident," Ava muttered before kissing her husband's cheek. "Then, is there anything else you like?" "Aquilla. Its shape resembles an eagle. In Greek mythology, Aquilla is a pet and a creature that was tasked with carrying lightning by Zeus. Sounds cool, right?" Ava nodded. "Let's put them into the list." When they were about to read again, the sound of a horn roused their bodies from the bed. "Uncle, Auntie! Are you still sleeping?"

This book is amazing!! I cannot put it down. I disagree with some of the other reviews. I am glad that the story is long because I never want it to end!! Although, I’m only on 159, I love that I can binge read and am more invested with each chapter

Aloof and arrogant CEO meets firecracker Kara. Just started to read and liking their bickering and comedy situations. Has a bit of asian vibes with the unrealistic job demands and super intelligent twins but it's good and looking forward to reading more.

FINDING YOU

FINDING YOU

We both looked up to the twinkling lights on the pod ceiling. “Lupus is a very old constellation. The Greeks called it ‘Therium’ which means ‘wild animal’ and the Romans called it ‘Beastia’, translated to ‘beast’.” Aiden looked proud by the information he was revealing. “What is the story behind it?” I asked, enthusiastic to know more. I was fascinated by most history, so this most definitely intrigued me. “Well, there are two Greek legends with regards to whom or what Lupus was. The first, was a wolf speared by a centaur in readiness for sacrifice. There is another constellation close to Lupus called ‘The Alter’, which is said to connect the two together…”

Charming the CEO

She was fascinated by the way that different cultures had woven tales of love into the night sky. "And then there's the story of Orion and Scorpio," Eddie said, pointing to two constellations on opposite sides of the sky. "According to Greek mythology, Orion was a great hunter who boasted that he could kill any animal on earth. This angered the goddess Gaia, who sent a giant scorpion to kill him."

Next, he told of the felines Minatious and Micya who took the form of tigers, though their children could take any large cat breed. Cullen frowned as he thought of the old legend. He couldn't recall who the rats or the bulls were. He would have to call Colin, who knew the myth better. Finally, he talked of the Phoenix. There had only ever been one pair who lived and died, only to be reborn. Mattieus and Annos were said to be the first. By the time he talked of the Moon Goddess and how the wolves devoted their allegiance to her in the original war with the humans, Jackson had opened his eyes.

TO BECOME HIS LUNA

TO BECOME HIS LUNA

"He sent the sea monster, Cetus to attack Andromeda as punishment. She was later saved from death by Perseus and married him. After she died she was placed in the sky by Athena next to her husband and mother." "Oh," I say, looking up into the sky. I try to avoid his eyes. "I didn't know you know so much about constellations. You seem pretty passionate about them." He shrugs, turning his attention back to the sky. "I found them interesting and studied them. Like I said, I liked their history." I follow his gaze to the stars again and point to another set. "What are those called?" "Aries," he answers quickly. "And those?" I ask about another with an almost W shape.

she weakly whispers. What in the lizard's tail? This woman knew me, yet I couldn't recall ever sharing my Drakon essence with anyone. How she gained possession of it is intriguing. "Interesting." Hades hums, making me protective over the unconscious soul. "An acquaintance of yours?" "No." I lied with all my teeth. He can't discover she carries a sliver of my power capable of freeing me. Gently combing her hair past the shoulder, I expose the Tau letter glowing on her neck, the same one I bare. "Another soul before it's time." In Greek meth
