Tech Jacket นิยาย & เรื่องราว

"I just want to talk, that's all." I looked him over speculatively. He was adorned in a fine, deep blue velvet jacket etched in black and gold that fell down to the back of his knees. The material was so luxurious and rich, it looked heavy enough to weigh him down; however, he seemed to stand proud under it. The jacket was unbuttoned and pulled up higher on one shoulder than the other, almost as if he had quickly thrown it on, and underneath he had on a plain white tunic half tucked into tight black trousers. To complete his ensemble were a pair of sleek black riding boots that looked like they had never once stepped outside. I couldn't help but think he looked like a character had somehow s

I stuff my hands into the gloves and stand there, rigid, worried if I so much as open my mouth to breathe, I’ll say something I’ll deeply regret. Beneath the parka, I’m wearing the same yellow thermals I’m intimately familiar with but have never tried on. They’re soft but thick and don’t have much stretch–specially made to store heat and wick sweat away–according to Alex’s thorough explanation only moments ago. He stuffs a beanie over my hair, mumbles a curse when he accidentally covers my eyes, and adjusts the hat just a bit.

She bends down and reaches into the bag, and pulls out a handful of material and passes it to me. It’s a jacket. I shake it out and put it on. The hem is cropped just above my pants so I have freedom of movement with the thick soft material. The sleeves have bands of thick leather so I can move but will be protected in a fight with minor weapons. The hood is lined with the same soft material from the body of the jacket, but lined with strips of the same leather as the arms on the outside. “The jacket was the twins' idea. Apparently, you like to scrape yourself up when you fight. This will help with all the rogue stuff too, since they seem to use a ton of weapons. It will give you an e

"Step aside, bum. I have to meet my good old friend." "Which friend, grandpa?" Jeremy walked with the old man while he tried to push him away. Jacques shrugged and looked at herself. She was wearing her old loungewear that had faded. If she wasn't in a hurry, she wouldn't have stepped out in these clothes. Well, he's not wrong... I don't look presentable. But why is TJ announcing everywhere that I am his wife? She cringed. Pulling the hood of her sweatshirt over her head, she stepped out keeping her hands inside her pockets. She turned right and kept on walking.

But as I turned in the mirror, I couldn't shake the feeling that it was too revealing of my current state. To remedy that, I grabbed a long, body-length jacket from the back of my closet. It was a deep navy blue, almost black, and its weight was reassuring. I slipped it on over the dress, buttoning it up and smoothing out the fabric. The jacket concealed my figure, making me feel more comfortable and less exposed.

If I couldn’t convince her, he would be my last hope. I wore a sleek black leather jacket draped over a dark grey hoodie, the fabric soft yet resilient against the evening chill. My black jeans were form-fitting but flexible, allowing for ease of movement, and my sturdy combat boots made a subtle thud as I walked, a reminder of their rugged purpose. As I fastened my tactical belt, adorned with several pouches and holsters, I meticulously arranged my weapons and gadgets within easy reach, each item prepared for whatever challenges lay ahead.

I'd dressed in a soft pair of jeans and flat, leather, thigh-high boots with multiple buckles covering the top of the leather, curving and hugging my calves. The jacket I'd chosen was army green, with soft fur lining that heated against my arms. Tugging the jacket up tighter, I zipped it while walking the perimeter of the courtyard with Phenrys, my unlucky babysitter for the day.

Their gestures lifted my spirits, if only slightly. And then Nathan stood. From behind his chair, he retrieved a sleek package wrapped in dark leather. He walked over to me, standing almost too close, his piercing blue eyes softening as he held it out. "A leather jacket," he explained before I could ask. "Custom-made with protective features. Reinforced against most silver-based attacks. I remember you mentioning once how you hated wearing overly restrictive armor." I gingerly unwrapped the package and unfolded the jacket. It was perfect—sturdy yet lightweight, with little details that showed his attention to my preferences.

A few minutes later a small motorboat pulled up to the dock and Silas stepped out carrying three large garment bags and a small leather case that looked like it was designed for expensive jewelry. He walked into the boathouse and made a face at the smell of damp wood and boat fuel, but he didn't say anything as he laid the bags out on the table and started showing us the gear he had managed to secure from his contacts in Milan. "The tuxedo has a lining made of a flexible mesh that will block most portable scanners and the cuffs are designed to hold two extra magazines, and for the lady I have a dress that has a hidden compartment in the hem for a ceramic blade and a lipstick that is actually

He licked his lips as erotic images of himself licking his secretary’s cleavage danced in his mind. "Wear my jacket to cover your body." "But I'm not cold." “Who said this jacket is to keep your body warm? This jacket is to cover your transparent body.” “You think this dress is made of plastic, huh?” “You really look like you’re wearing plastic instead of a dress. You had perky breasts that almost jumped out of the small cup of your bra. People will be happy to see you without a jacket.”
