I giggled and leaned in to kiss him, cupping his face. "Of course not. I love you and only you." I smiled, leaning my forehead against him. I took Charlie back in my arms, and we headed to a pet shop to buy Charlie a new bed. We thought of the possibilities of Charlie being in my house or his, so we ended with a bunch of puppy food, water and food bowls, a new collar for him, a bunch of toys, and little shirts for him, a few stuffed teddy bears. Basically, we bought two of everything, so Charlie had stuff in both houses.

Ben pulled out a small toy and waved it in front of Charlie’s eyes. Charlie’s face lit up like the sun. “I love it! Thank you, Uncle Ben!” Clutching the toy, Charlie was so thrilled he gave Ben a quick kiss on the cheek. Kids loved toys, and Charlie was no exception. His hospital stay had been boring, and he had already grown tired of his old ones. Ben’s gift was just what he needed. “I didn’t expect you to bring Charlie a toy,” Jamie said, pressing her fingers against her temple. With his heart condition, Charlie had always been a quiet, well-behaved child. His newfound liveliness after surgery was a welcome change, but at times, it seemed like he had a little too much energy now.

“Where’s the toy section?” “Kimmy!” I exclaimed. “What?” Kimmy feigned innocence and shrugged. “Just this way, ladies,” Charlie led the way. “We have a really nice new line of products that smell like lilies,” Charlie said, pointing at a display. “Back here are the toys.” She pointed to a separate room. “I would like the complete line of lilies products, Charlie,” I advised. “I will grab all of that and bring it to the front. I’m going to start boxing up the lingerie. Please let me know if you need help,” Charlie imparted.

All 4 of them then gave me a brown teddy bear. When I said I hard a thing for stuffed toys and cozy blankets, I meant when I was younger but right now seeing this cute teddy makes me wanna squeal like a girl. I walked over to the bed placing the bags on it and sitting down. I took the smallest bag opening it. There were Hershey's chocolate bars, Kiss chocolates, Kit Kats and many other chocolates in the bag. The second bag had 4 different shirts in there that I really like. I and some jeans I could wear them with.

Thunder boomed a short distance away and Tux bolted back in the open door. “’Torm coming,” Little Charlie shouted. “You got that right, Buddy!” I said clapping my hands together. “Come here, Tiger.” The toddler bobbled along with Sydney bent forward holding his hands to help him keep his balance. I reached out, lifted him, and set him on my lap. “Say hello to Mr. Sam, Charlie.” Charlie just sat and looked at Sam. “Growing up, ain’t he?” Sam said pulling at Charlie’s toes. “They do that.”

She did think the teddy bear looked familiar at the time, but she was in a rush to leave so she did not think much of it. Now that she saw the teddy bear again, strange pictures began flashing through her mind without warning. She took out the teddy bear and stared at it for a moment. She looked at Charlie who was standing next to her. She suddenly recalled that it seemed to be Charlie who had driven her to Karl last night. “Charlie, was it… was it you who sent me and Mr. Burt back to Mason Neighbourhood last night?” “Yes, miss.” “What’s the story behind this teddy bear?”

"You okay Little Tudor?" "I'm tired" she sighed. I silently picked her up and cradled her into my chest walking to our home wing. I could tell from her breathing she was sleeping by the time I hit the bedroom. I sighed and placed her down gently. I took off her shoes and took the tiara off her head placing it on the bedside table gently. I unzipped her dress and slid it off her. I picked her up again and placed her under the duvet. I went into the bathroom taking a quick cold shower and slipping into a fresh pair of cotton shorts. I smiled as I went to the bedroom door and turned the key before sliding gently into the bed behind Charlie. I cuddled up behind her and breathed her in, my respon

"That fast?!" "I want it ready in three days." "Three days?! Mr. Newman, you've got to be joking!" "I'm not." After hanging up, Charlie opened a shopping site. Tiny clothes, little shoes, toys–everything in soft shades of pink. "Shouldn't you wait to confirm?" I said. "What if the doctor's wrong?" "He's not." His tone was absolute. Watching him scroll so seriously through baby items, my heart melted. That evening, his mother called.

Charlie agreed immediately, "I'm sick of this room." It took some work, and some help from the neighbours, but a team effort managed to get Charlie and the bed down the hall and into the living room. It was a very fancy bed, with wheels, an electric motor, and controls that allowed him to 'drive' the bed near to or away from the television. And then it could sit him up so he could see the screen easily, of read and so forth, and then lie him back down so he could sleep. Unfortunately he couldn't just drive it down the hallway, because it was much too wide. So it needed to be totally disassembled in the bedroom, and reassembled in the living room.

After closing the door, she slipped into Taylor’s bed. He seemed really out of it, lying face down. Charlie lay stiffly, holding her favorite plushie. It took a few minutes to calm her nervous heart, but soon, her eyes began to feel heavy. She shut it for a second, and the next thing she knew, her body relaxed, and she dozed off to wonderland.
