He asked. Xandros looked around, checking ever single thing that looked suspicious. "They must have escaped in a hurry, seeing they left nothing behind." He said and ran his hand that lay idle on Levi's desk. "Lycanthropy." He read the name on it. "He was studying how to get rid of me?" Xandros sighed, shaking his head in a negative manner. "Lighter." He stretched his hand and Gaia dropped a lighter on it. Flicking it on, he placed the book on it, before the fire could disappear and the book became prey to it.

Terra sighed and turned toward me, closing her eyes as she wrapped her arms around me in a gesture so familiar it brought tears to my eyes. "Evil is coming, Miriam," she murmured against my shoulder, "I've had revelations... visions of our world crumbling, of everyone dying. Lycan Town was as loud and boisterous as the humans’ downtown district. The super-malls and restaurants resembled conch shell snails in design.
