The sight of them made me tremble with fear. My limbs felt like lead. They wouldn't cooperate with me. My heart was racing in my chest, my breathing quickening. I heard Ava grip my upper arm and call my name. But, I still couldn't snap out of the horrible feeling of unadulterated terror.
