I gasped. ​"Yes to you, yes to me," she echoed. ​The "safe" guy was officially dead. I didn't want to be passive anymore; I wanted to take. I grabbed her thigh, pivoting her to her side so I could drive into her with everything I had. Maya’s screams filled the room with my name, a few curses, and a plea for more. I was a man possessed, pounding away until the world narrowed down to just the friction between us. ​When the second wave hit me, it was even more powerful than the first. We collapsed against each other, chests heaving, the air in the room thick and heavy.

Mathius takes out a couple of ultrasound pictures and passes them around. “Are you shitting me?” Sapphire gasps. “I wish I was but I am not. We are having triplets.” Mathius states. Well fuck me, I was not expecting that. Yasmin and Jack hug both of them. I can see that Mathius is terrified. Fuck I would be flipping my shit. Triplets, I can’t even imagine. I hear Jack tell him that everything will be fine. The women are distracted with their own conversation about what was just announced.

"Three symbols light up at a time." I watch as the pattern repeats, and sure enough, each set of three symbols pulses together. It's like a code, and I just need to figure out how to crack it. Taking a chance, I reach out and touch the third highest symbol. To my delight, its slides out into a handhold. I nearly jump from excitement. "Nice job." Alec squeezes my shoulder. For a moment, I get distracted by his touch, and I have to shake some sense into myself.

My grandma was pleasantly surprised. She came closer to me and held my hands, "this isn't a coincidence my child. I know you eventually have to accept one of them as your mate but for now, you can work with all three of them and get them to put an end to their feud with one other. Once you have achieved that, you can find out who our enemy is." I immediately recalled my encounter with the three awesome men this morning. The way I felt when all three stood in front of me is something I would never be able to explain. How could I work with all three of them?

However, she told us to be ready for anything that you might need that is connected to the preparation of the third book," Hyun explained.
