It is a small prequel of around 56k words, give or take. enjoy and have a great day!

I gasped. "Yes to you, yes to me," she echoed. The "safe" guy was officially dead. I didn't want to be passive anymore; I wanted to take. I grabbed her thigh, pivoting her to her side so I could drive into her with everything I had. Maya’s screams filled the room with my name, a few curses, and a plea for more. I was a man possessed, pounding away until the world narrowed down to just the friction between us. When the second wave hit me, it was even more powerful than the first. We collapsed against each other, chests heaving, the air in the room thick and heavy.

They’re the only ones who can stop him. If I’m right, he wants to use this ritual to become the strongest Alpha alive. Strong enough to take other packs. Maybe all packs. I don’t know what he wants, but I know it’s not me. Not love. Never love. My throat tightens. This is too close to everything I feared. I flip to her last entries. Her handwriting looks rushed now. Dear Diary, It has been three days since I gave the Moon Wardens the message. I hope they come soon.

Mathius takes out a couple of ultrasound pictures and passes them around. “Are you shitting me?” Sapphire gasps. “I wish I was but I am not. We are having triplets.” Mathius states. Well fuck me, I was not expecting that. Yasmin and Jack hug both of them. I can see that Mathius is terrified. Fuck I would be flipping my shit. Triplets, I can’t even imagine. I hear Jack tell him that everything will be fine. The women are distracted with their own conversation about what was just announced.

My grandma was pleasantly surprised. She came closer to me and held my hands, "this isn't a coincidence my child. I know you eventually have to accept one of them as your mate but for now, you can work with all three of them and get them to put an end to their feud with one other. Once you have achieved that, you can find out who our enemy is." I immediately recalled my encounter with the three awesome men this morning. The way I felt when all three stood in front of me is something I would never be able to explain. How could I work with all three of them?

Cela said. "I'll take note of that for next time. By the way, what is it about?" Hyun asked. "Oh, actually I have a favor to ask from you," she said. "What is it? Is it something related to the third book?" he asked excitedly. "What's with the third book? Did Ivy go through about it already even without me?" she asked. "Oh no, Ms. Cela. It's not like that. However, she told us to be ready for anything that you might need that is connected to the preparation of the third book," Hyun explained.

As I stepped forward, Kim pulled me back, saying, “I am not sure who I think I am. Not anymore.” “What do you mean?” “I mean, what if Kathy is me, and I am Kathy. Only one of us can be the Third, and that one can only be Kimberly. But what if I am Kathy, luring you, testing you, playing games with you. Or what if it isn’t Kathy who has sided with him. What if it’s me, and I am doing his bidding right now. I am confused sometimes. He has told me so himself. None of us, he says, can know who we really are. Not now that things are in motion.”
