At last, there was someone she could talk to about her books. “You’ve read it?” When the prince nodded, her smile became bigger. “He did the right thing. Even though Edna was married, even though she loved Robert, their affair was still a sin. I admit, I was touched when Robert left a note for Edna saying goodbye because he loved her.”
