Then I went on top of him, put both of my hands on his chest, and closed my eyes to call my power that entered him. Seconds passed by and despite it being cold, I felt a sweat fall from my forehead. “Come out. Please listen to me,” I whispered, begging my power to return to me. Surprisingly, Lewis did not wake up despite being shaken. I immediately noticed this and panicked even more. “Oh no… Lewis…” My voice shook as I tried my best to recall my power. Thankfully, a few seconds later, I managed to re-establish my connection with the light. I sighed in relief before looking at Lewi’s peaceful sleeping face.

But uncertainty shadows my heart. The moon goddess smiles gently. Her light washes over me, granting clarity. I see myself now - she-wolf and witch, bound by the old magic that flows through Earth's veins. I rise, opening my eyes. The candlelight glows soft and welcoming now. Faces smile, hands extend in greeting. I step into the circle, taking my place among witches, she-wolves and all the restless souls in between. The old magic rises within me - steady, sure and free.

The ancient words rose to my lips without thought, magic flowing like water, growing stronger with each syllable.

A piercing scream makes them turn around, Alaric’s paintbrush falling to the floor as he runs through to the bedroom. “What’s happened?” Zander leaps up the stairs two at a time, stopping behind them, his eyes widening. “She’s asleep Alaric, whatever’s in her mind is locked in there. Her magic is becoming free and causing everything to move. You need to wake her.” Alaric looks at Zander and then to Willow, everything in the room getting thrown around. He has to stop this. He walks into the room and the light flickers before exploding, Alaric rushing to Willow and trying in vain to shake her awake. Another scream escapes her mouth as more things fly around and smash against the walls.
