The Betrayed Warrior Luna's Second Chance Novels & Stories

Pain surges through my body as her claws rip over my side, creating deep gashes in my flesh. I yell out, attempting to push her off, but she’s too powerful. I’m bleeding, and the world around me begins to blur. Luna’s betrayal wounds harder than her claws ever could. I trusted her. I believed in her. And now she’s ripping me apart—literally and metaphorically. “Luna, stop!” I gasp, but she doesn’t listen. For a minute, it seems like the war is done. Like I’m losing everything. The discomfort is too intense, and my strength is reducing rapidly. I can hear Damian chuckling in the distance, his voice taunting me even as darkness creeps in at the borders of my vision.

The first light of dawn broke through the dense canopy, casting ethereal patterns on the forest floor. Luna stood at the edge of the sanctuary, the ancient scroll clutched in her hands. The revelations from the trials weighed heavily on her, but they also ignited a newfound determination. Kael approached, his armor gleaming softly in the morning light. "The path ahead is treacherous," he said, his voice steady. "But we face it together." Luna nodded, her gaze fixed on the horizon. "Seraphine's betrayal runs deep. We must confront her and end this."

the Beta barked out, not breaking contact with his Luna nor stopping whatever he was doing to her arching body on the throne. The warrior trembled with fear. He was already carrying bad news and now this. “T- The g- girl is uh uh uh a- alive, Sir,” he stammered and only when the Luna pushed away the horny wolf away from her by her foot, did she stand up and walk slowly towards the sweating warrior. “Which girl ?” the Luna of the rogues asked while squinting her eyes. “The Alpha’s lover, Luna whom we pushed in the waterfall in the forest.”

Five days until Arabella’s and my joint event. “And it was supposed to be a week until our Luna ceremony,” Eilyul whispered sadly. “Eilyul, maybe being a Luna—or loved—is just not for us. The second time I got betrayed before the Luna ceremony,” I replied coldly. “We got betrayed, not you,” she said, her voice laced with sorrow. “Leo betrayed me, but his wolf, Orion, was against it. Maybe Ronan wasn’t supporting Sebastian either. Humans betrayed us, but their spirits stayed loyal. So technically, you’re not the one who was betrayed,” I explained softly.

Creasing his brow he laughed and shook his head. “No, sweetheart, it's a dream come true; all of this is,” he replied with a wave of his hand. Nodding my head, I hummed and said, “And just think that at one time, I had no trust in the male sex or even wanted to have a mate after being rejected." Reaching for my hand, he threaded his fingers through mine and said, “You have made my life a blessing, Athena, and I'm very fortunate to have you as my mate, wife, Luna, and Queen.”

When he got just in front of me, I went to move to my left to his blind spot but as if he knew I would do that he switched direction on me and threw himself on top of me nipping at my neck, making the score two to two. This time I let out a growl of frustration as I turned to look at Beta Shawn as he stood a few feet away from me waiting for my move but then I heard the warriors around us begin to chant, “Luna.” And I looked around me to see that every warrior that was training was now watching the battle between Beta Shawn and myself. I was used to the pack watching my sparring but not of this magnitude.

Into cages. Luna was the storm. Damian was the hand that directed it. The third Warlord fell to his knees, gray-eyed and broken, whispering “My Queen.” The fourth was smarter. He didn’t attack Luna. He attacked Damian. “Kill the mate, break the queen,” he snarled, claws aimed for Damian’s heart. Damian didn’t dodge. He couldn’t. Not fast enough. Luna moved. She was between them in a heartbeat. Purple light exploded from her chest, forming a wall between Damian and the Warlord’s claws.

"You'll make me the laughingstock of every pack in the Empire! Do you think I'll stand by and accept this humiliation?" My voice broke, but my pride didn't. Diana's growl rumbled low and dangerous. "He has no idea what happens when a Luna is betrayed," she whispered. "He'll learn soon."

She was trying to read everyone's thoughts as Carter and Roxy asked the Crescent Moon Pack members about the incident of their attempt to kill Nathan. The Crescent Moon Pack's Luna, beta, beta female along with three other warriors were there and being interrogated. "Do you know about your warrior's plan on killing our beta?" Carter asked Luna. She couldn't talk and in one look they already knew the answer. She knew very well and she was there when they planned it. 'This i**** warrior, how can he fail at such a simple task. Look what he had done to us.' she mind linked her beta. 'I don't know Luna, it was fine if he got caught but at least he had succeeded in killing the b****** beta' the be

“Let me ask you this: who stood by him when the witch cursed us? Who hunted the beasts that ravage our outer lands? Who knelt beside the pyre and swore to guard his legacy?” The murmurs grew louder. Uncertain. Frightened. And she stepped forward, hands lifted like a priestess at the altar. “Then let the moon bear witness. Let the night carry my name. I am your Luna now. And I will bring peace to this broken pack.” There was silence. And then — the first kneel. A young warrior bowed his head. Then another. And another. One by one, they dropped to their knees. Not out of love — but from fear. From doubt. From the power of her illusion.
